Aisles were so crowded with freight that needed put away I could hardly walk with my cart without bumping into something. The entire cash register was down & the employee said to use self scanner which had a huge mess of unwanted items left & piles of receipts. From what I seen the girl that was supposed to work the register was just talking to people, if her register was really broken you’d think she work on sticking shelves & getting rid of all the freight. Oh, there WiFi has not worked this whole month so not sure why that’s not been fixed.

Store is always cluttered, they don't keep their shelves stocked as they delay putting their truck out. We were in there one day and they were putting away truck, my husband asked if they had a big truck the employee replied "Putting away last week's, so we can get this week's."

I went to DG a while back and a roach was crawling on a shelf in the baking aisle. I wouldn't buy any food from there.The aisles are ALWAYS blocked with carts and the shelves are a mess.

I have a new born baby,and couldn’t pack my rug doctor that I rented back in by myself so I was three hours late bringing it back because I had to wait on help..I was charged 16.00 dollars for 3 extra hours..when it costs 34 to rent it for a whole 24 hours..when she rang it up it was a cleaning fee,the late fee don’t even exist!!! So the lady just made it up!!!

The rows was cluttered had cars of stuff in isles and even with my coupons I didn't really save a whole lot other than that no complaints the associates are very nice and willing to help find what you are looking for store could be a less cluttered but its clean and nice associates

Not the best not the worst,never has anything stocked.needs help,manager needs replaced,needs to hire friendly people,only three nice workers.selection of food is poor, customer service is ok depending on person. needs to keep it stocked better but it's hard when they are understaffed and over worked for little pay they get.maybe if we customers complain they can get a raise and hopefully draw more people to apply there, and treat the ones who work like dogs there some very deserved respect and raise.

Since their remodel. They have such a larger selection of food. I also just love their staff.they r the nicest.friendliest.hardworking people ive seen in long time. They make going there a pleasure. I wish all places had people like them.

Workers are friendly for the most part, but this store is cluttered ALWAYS, the only time it wasn't cluttered was right after the remodel. When Insay cluttered I mean CLUTTERED. If you are a bigger person it is hard to get through aisles and anyone with a Walker or wheelchair don't even attempt it. You can never even get a cart through the aisles.

Just moved to this little town and this store is pretty much my go to for just about everything bc it's close to the house. Everything is easy to find, very rarely do i c an empty shelf n so far all the staff I've encountered have been very nice and helpful!

Horrible experience with the little young cashier. When I asked for her name she said, "don't worry about it and refused to call for management" not only was I floored by this youths total disrespect for a customer but she called a family member who came to the parking lot as I was leaving and the lady cursed me out and I thought she was going to ram my vehicle. Scared me to death. I did call management and the police to report everything. All I can say is; God is Great, wine is good, and people are crazy!!! Wont be going back there for a very long time if ever again. The manager was very apologetic. I just hope this little slip of a girl learns a lesson in respect and honor of her "should be humble position" no humility was displayed on that evening I assure you. :(

The only complaint I have about this place is that they usually only have one person running the registers and they'll be a really long line of people waiting and some of us in a hurry while there are other workers who could easily come up front to help when the line gets too big that's my only complaint other than that everything is all good

Literally the worst Dollar General I've ever been inside. The aisles stay congested with stock they haven't put on the shelves and checking out is a nightmare every single time. STOP TALKING TO EVERYONE AND START DOING YOUR JOB!

They have a new policy, you cant use more than $10 in coupons per visit. Dont they get that money back from the manufacturer? I'll still shop here but i wont be spending alot of money.

This place was so dirty I suffered an asthma attack after being in there no more than five minutes. Staff is great, but they seriously need to clean it up.

Usually there is stuff in the way where they try to stock the shelves and it is difficult to get thru the aisles. Other than that it's just like every dollar store
