I was having a technical problem with the photo machine. I received the best professional assistance from the employees and especially Lisa the manager. She even used a coupon for almost half off my total. Don't drive by, Go in store!! Worth the customer service!!

One of the employees, I believe her name was zoe, was extremely unprofessional and rude. I waited at the photo department and she completely ignored me and refused to help. I was finally able to purchased photos and she told me that my photos would be ready the next day. The following day I came in my photos were not ready and I was told that they didn’t even have the supplies to make the photos that I wanted for a christmas gift. The management was super nice the following day and were able to figure everything out for me. I just did not appreciate the photo girl, zoe not being helpful and her rudeness. Everyone else was super kind. The girls in charge, Lana and Lisa (I believe those were their names), was able to get everything done and fix everything zoe did not do. The only reason I would give this Walgreens 3 stars is because the staff was nice enough to fix the mistake zoe made.

I don't take prescriptions and hope I never do but they carry unique gift items, healthy selection of Nice brand nuts and snacks, chocolate and cold drinks.

Have been using this pharmacy for a little while and for the most part they've been great except yesterday when the pharmacist was too busy to get a prescription ready for a child with an ear infection. I understand that many places are understaffed but he'd had the prescription for an hour and still wouldn't get it ready even though he had no one was in line except us. He told us to go to cvs if we needed it now when I told him we live 20 miles away. I understand that if you had a line of customers I couldn't expect to jump the line but nobody was there. He was obviously not concerned about his customers only how much work he had. What has happened to customer service?

Worst service ever imaginable, manager is highly unprofessional and don't even get me going on how poorly their pharmacy has become. Seems like nobody knows how to do their job at this location. If you need pharmaceuticals delivered, good luck.... You'll need it.

Very poor service , when their to get my covid shot , and was informed that I had to get appointment.Didn't have my phone with me so I had to drive home to get it. Made my appointment but didn't get a conformation , so I drove back to walgreens and ask why I wasn't getting conformation ,they said I would have to go on line with their help line to get help.Note most of the time their weren't even any other customers their.Took my business across the street and I was done in half hour.

I love their pharmacy technicians. They are super nice and will answer any questions you have and help you anyway they can. But the front of the store regular cashier Megan..... She is down right rude and should not be in customer service. She is to busy with her nose in her phone to help anyone. Now for most that play on their phone at work they at least have the decency to put it down to ring you up, well not her. She not only made me wait to finish whatever it was that she was doing on her phone but wanted to huff and puff and rudely bark at me when I asked her a question that made her actually have to look up and speak to me. Then when I called her manager to address the situation I was told it was a very common complaint with her. So if it was common why wouldn't the situation be fixed not necessarily meaning fired but at least make her quit with the phone. But I guess if anyone wants a job where customers don't matter and want to be able to get paid to play on their phones all shift I would go there. Now for customer purposes I would go to Greendale Walgreens.

Love walgreens photos and their makeup deals! Great customer service. Especially Cody in photo was so helpful with a photo project even during closing time! Amazing with being creative thinker to get. Awesome results! Thank you:)

Most employees in the pharmacy are very nice and polite but there a couple who are rude and I’ll mannered. Have no regard for the customers….

Don’t expect to find the Walgreens brands that are advertised in the sale ad. Also, don’t expect the coupons to work correctly. And - don’t expect the shift lead to make it right. I’d go elsewhere. Sad, sad experience.
