Excellent Stain, Ready Seal. Pricing fair. Customer service was poor at best. The store worker just pointed and look right. I would have preferred he took me to the product and then took me to the stain brushes and made sure that I got exactly what I needed for the job. And of course try to upsell me a little bit. Instead the attendant stood up by the cash register playing with this phone. If it wasn't for the ready seal stain I probably wouldn't have went there.

Two workers didn’t know where the 20 minute mud was. I hope the old man with grey hair was just stereo typing my tattoos cuz if not he was creeping on my toddler daughters followed us everywhere. Found the 20 minute mud finally on my own. Deal stickers didn’t match the price they charged me.

Best hardware store I've been in for years. They are kind and they want to help. , the management there should be proud of the team they've built. It's exceptional customer service if I didn't live in nky I'd give them all my business, and I'm a major deck restoration and coating contractor. I can tell you , I have to stop often for materials and of all the places I've stopped in the past decade, Gillman makes u feel great with a smile and greeting when u walk in and their associates are ready and eager to help.Best Hardware / lumber location in the tristate.

What a life saver! They always have straw which I need. They open at 730am on Saturdays! Friendly service! Couldn't recommend more!

They had pressure treated deck boards 16ft long even during the shortage. Drove over from Florence for these. Shelves at the big box stores were all empty. Will be my first stop next time for lumber and such. Should've known better and supported the local businesses right away

Woman looked right at me and locked the door at 6:56. I drove 17 miles to get here before they close at 7:00. How rude! Well, they lost that sale and any future sales from me!
