Cvs did me great service today ,when their for covid shot , they politely informed me they only had pfizer shots . I when across the street to walgreens they said I needed an appointment and I could make by going on line , I didn't have my phone with me so I had to go home and get my phone got on line made the appointment but didn't get conformation . So I drove back to walgreens and ask why I wasn't getting confirmation the person (employee) said need to go to another site for help.Note most of the time I'm in walgreens no other customers where their . I left and when back across the street and got my shot.Trying not to mix Pfizer and Moderna in the end I had to anyway.

Have had continued difficulties with some of the pharmacy techs for over a year now and would switch in a second except the closest competition does not take my insurance. I am there only for the convenience of location and the online app.I have been accused of lying about not having picked up a controlled substance when the rx was sitting on the shelf. Took two days and the pharmacist from Lawrenceburg CVS to straighten out the incompetence of two employees who were making false assumptions.The same elderly man refused to sell me an over the counter decongestant when I was obviously in pain and congested due to allergies and chronic sinusitis. He accused me of illegal activity even though my license shows I rarely purchase this medication. I had to make a scene in front of a long line of waiting customers to be assisted.Several times I have gone inside and waited a ridiculous amount of time to be waited on or even acknowledged as if their present work is more important than a waiting customer or at least be greeted or smiled at. I have had to go back outside and drive to the window to even get assistance.Two days ago I was overcharged for a prescription that should have been covered by insurance with a small copay and even after asking why the total charge was so high was not told it was no longer being covered by my insurance. I went back in with the old bottle, the new one and the receipt for a refund and was told it needed a prior authorization and could not be back paid or returned for a refund once it had left the store.I do not have faith that the staff know their jobs well enough to be doing something so vital to a person's well-being.

Nice friendly helpful Pharmacy Department they answer all questions about your drugs! They also have quick friendly service they also always have a weekly sale ad with really cheap sales! They also make pictures off of your phone and print them instantly they also make specialty pictures collages and you also can make blankets with pictures coffee mugs and other items! Quick friendly service

They never have your meds ready in 15-20 minutes. That's BS.. Even when my Dr calls them in they are NEVER READY. My husband waited an hour and a half today for a prescription that was sitting there all day, never been filled. Their pharmacy service SUCKS. I'm tired of them never having my medicine ready. It is always called in the day before. No Excuse.Switching pharmacies...probably alot of people are....

Worst place I've been in for quite some time, staff is extremely rude and unwilling to assist customers. All I wanted was a simple CVS card and a damn soft drink, this place will never receive a penny from me and I'm asking friend's and family to go elsewhere. They should be glad there's nothing lower than a one star.

Wandered around inside for 10 minutes without finding any employees aside the pharmacy people to learn that they have no public restrooms. They were pretty rude when they figured I had no plans on buying anything. Just go to the Walgreens across the street.

If I could give these guys a half or quarter star I would. Pharmacy techs think they are above the doctors, even with script from my dr they like to do eeverything they can to not fill certain rx. Also every single person gives you a different answer on rules and compliance. Truly cannot stand majority of pharmacy staff.

The automated phone system caused me to call back 4 times. If there is no script # on the bottle, give an option to talk to the pharmacy.
