As with most stores today, many items are not priced. Therefore you must take to a cashier for pricing. This process gets old fast.Also shelves with discount notices of percentages off. You get an item from these shelves and when you go to check out, you find the item you picked is not included, even though it was on the shelf with the percentage discount notices tag.

Great markdowns.I went to get the black n decker coffee maker 4 n 1..None left .So I asked the Manager if she could help me find another store that had this item in stock..She did go above n beyond to help me..Thank you Sheila Wullenweber

Very friendly and patient staff that remain professional and friendly even during stressful moments like when the store was very busy on the Saturday afternoon I was there getting cleaning supplies with my fiancé for our new apartment. These staff deserve so much respect! And I hope they get the recognition they deserve.

Clean, decent stock. Waaay easier than Wally world. Staff was super helpful even opened a new lane and offered a cookie when they saw I was in line behind a few older gals debating prices with the cashier.

I got a runner and a reusable shopping bags here today. I was impressed with the selection, as far as the color & style of runner I needed for my business. The overall selection of stuff is really good, and the prices are fair. The service from the workers was really good too, I be back

Alot of nice variety, good prices. We bought a sectional there and have had issues with it. The current store Manager has been very helpful and interactive to resolve it.So, just an update about the sectional. Two employees there dropped the ball about its replacement and it appears we are no longer able to resolve the issue with the defective sectional. The frame of this sectional is junk. You never get the same person because of high turnover, which is one of the reasons we're stuck with this defective sectional.

Lots of items without prices, which drives me crazy!New employee, Ashley, was very sweet & friendly though.Their "website" for feedback (per the receipt) is a generic information-gathering abysmal nightmare, so I'm not sure if they really want to know about "your experience" or not!It's going to be another year (or a quick emergency) before I shop there again.

Have to say, even tho previous visits were pleasant, this one was stupendous!The staff were attentive if needed & otherwise not smothering nor sharing their personal life history. Clerks must have treated customers so nicely, even the customers seemed more friendly & able to briefly interact without intruding.The store was clean & there was a reminder about social distancing, the sign stated the occupancy limit to adhere to that standard. And there was a disinfectant stand with the carts so we could make sure the cart we used was sanitized before our use. Overall a most pleasant & productive visit today!

I love shopping at Big Lots after the holidays they always so many great deals. So I can get all of my shopping for all birthdays and Christmas for the following year. I'm finished for the year! A lot of items I was interested in was not priced nor did they have stickers on the shelf with prices. What items I did see prices on were expensive. Their prices seemed to have gone way up since last time I was at a Big Lots.

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into Big Lots looking for Christmas wrapping,etc. The amount and variety they have is unbelievable. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because their entrance/exit door is NOT automatic and is hard to get out with a cart.

I bought a couch from here a few years ago. I called NUMEROUS times about a warranty after the frame broke and literal CHUNKS of wood started falling out of my couch, and as soon as I would mention the issue they would hang up. Then I would call back and they would pick up and immediately hang up on me. I finally contacted the manufacturer who we were told there was a 7 year frame warranty with, only to find out they must have changed their minds and decided it is only a year now and we were no longer covered. How convienent. Had this store actually talked to me the first time I would've been within that warranty too. Do NOT buy furniture from here. It is absolute garbage. Save your money and go elsewhere or you'll be forced to one year from now anyways when your couch starts falling apart.

One of the staff was rude, acted like he did not have time for me, and stated that "Sorry if I'm short I was up all night." I was looking to buy furniture , so I left and got pre approved at a different furniture store. I have got all my furniture from Big Lots in the past . Please retrain your employees to treat customers better or you would not just lose myself , but more.Thank you

Shop wisely find good deals.Some food items cheaper.Odd items can be found and are usually good deals. Help generally are younger kids.Which is ok. Usually only one cashier on duty.Don't be in a hurry.
