Literally never open. They randomly close whenever they feel like it. Every other pharmacy in town is able to be open as posted. It’s just an issue with them alone. If insurance didn’t require me going there, and the other nearest other one wasn’t 45 minutes away, I would be going somewhere else. They are kind people, they just obviously have no idea how a pharmacy should work, and that sometimes medicines are time sensitive. Patients shouldn’t have too, and can’t plan for a “whenever, wherever, we might be open” business hours.

Every one is helpful and friendly. The pharmacist was so kind and made my vaccination simple and painless. For such a busy pharmacy, the level of care is wonderful.

I have gone to Walgreens, in Angola, plenty of times to use their photo printing services. They usually print pictures extremely fast, and the quality is decent. But, I always ask how long it will take just in case they're backed up or something. Tonight, I go in, ask Justin politely, "Hey, if put in an order now how long will it take?" His response was short, rude, and immature. He acted like my question was the worst part of his night. This, is the last time I go into Walgreens for a simple request. Obviously, this min wage job is extremely difficult if good customer service is that hard thing to produce.

Terrible experience, I went in and was told I could not clear the shelf and could only buy so much of a product. Manager Gail/Gale said no I can’t allow you to clear my shelf’s, umm.....I’m not using any coupons and as a consumer I don’t appreciate being told how much I can buy of something. I know someone that has worked many years at Walgreens and know they see ads in advance and that’s how they do their ordering. If you are going to advertise deal....Kimberly Clark get $5 when you spend $25 then you should probably order more then just bare minimum to fill your shelf. I have worked as an assistant customer service manager for years and a sale is a sale. I understand limiting coupon usage and having policies in place for that, sure...but to limit what a consumer can buy?? Looks like Walgreens only focuses on their customers that get their scripts filled and don’t really care for their customers. I’m offered to come get stuff at end of the week but not now?....not very professional, mgmt and company lacking some retail skills and common knowledge

Not sure what these other folks are complaining about other than they like to whine!!!! Clearing the shelves off so others can't buy anything and complaining that you can't clear the shelves??? I say great job to the manager that stopped her!!!! Always have had a good experience in there!!!! People are always quick to whine if they don't get their way or aren't pampered! !!! Get real!!!!

The store part i give 5 stars to. The pharmacy is a joke. 2 times they screwed up our insurance and since this last time we have transferred to Meijer. When the pharmacy won't listen its time to go somewhere else

There is only a part time pharmacist. Their hours are M-F 10am -5pm and closed on the weekend. If you go to urgent care, take your prescription to another pharmacy.

The store pharmacy is constantly closing I need my blood pressure medication and now they’re not open till Monday I’m going to have to change pharmacies now I didn’t wanna have to do it but they leave me no choice

Went to Angola Walgreen's to pick script, once again the Pharmacy at Walgreen's CLOSED again, was 2x in and different weeks they have Closed for lack of pharmacists

Great! I went to the pharmacy and the girl tried to get my insurance info from my insurance company. She could have just had me do it myself, I'm sure.
