This morning I went to this location trying to find something to help three very flea infested cats. After days of going back and forth with vets all over the phone claiming they can’t help with out appointments for all three animals and most were weeks out even for that I was beginning to break down thinking I would not be able to alleviate these animals of the suffering. I’ve tried some pretty expensive remedies and nothing has been working. An associate named Wendy approached me asking if I needed assistance and she not only helped but took the time to explain the product she was recommending and advice on other things I can do as well. I was in tears, she saved me so much money and heart ache that I needed to let everyone know how thankful I am for Wendy, at Tractor Supply

Rented a trailer was never told I had to have it back by 9 pm. Manager and employees were extremely rude because I returned it at 9:10. I was informed at 8:45 I had to return it. Most places do a 24 hour rental. How was I supposed to know

My brother in law and I was there last night to get some firewood and was greeted at the door by someone we couldn't even understand. He was trying to tell us where to go but we couldn't understand him. We the just got in line to pay for firewood and then was promptly asked by a woman very rudly to stay other customers, which we was away from the other customers. Then she asked us rudely what we was looking for and we said firewood. She said to us rudely again that it was outside which we knew that. We was inside to pay for it. As we was in line other people came into the store and was greeted the same way by the guy at the door and then the same woman was rude them as well. They looked at us and shook their heads at us in disgust at the way they was treated. My brother in law went ahead and bought some firewood, but I told him there was no way I was giving that store any of my money because of the way that woman treated us and the others that came in. That woman could use some lessons in people skills. Just because there is a pandemic going on it doesn't give anyone the right to treat people rude. If your going to push people in and out of the store and treat them bad just close the store. I will never go in that store again.

Staff were friendly, prices fair, and chicks cute. I went in just to check prices on steel for a project but came out with an item from the clearance rack. The kids love liking at the chicks during the spring.

Employees acted like it was a bother to help me find what I needed. I've never bought mower blades before and I had no clue about a sylenoid I felt as if I was a bother and there has to a typical size for weed eater string but because I didn't know the size I have to make another trip to town because the lady didn't have a clue I told her I have a home light weed eater there shoulda been a cross reference book or something

Not too thrilled with the store's manager (Jay? I think it was.) Any way on mother's day back in May I applied for a line of credit to purchase a new lawn mower. Ended up getting the Cub Cadet 54" rider which cost $2801.22. Fast forward to now. The brand new mower has a loose wheel on the deck, which was noticed before taking it out of the shed. No big deal. Grab a couple wrenches and tighten it back up. Easy. Start mowing and by the 3rd or 4th pass notice that there is something laying in the yard. Wouldn't you know, it's the wheel. My mother (whom the mower was for) goes back in and speaks to the manager about it, since this is only the 4th time this mower has been used. Jay, who is walking around using a dental pick while speaking to customers on the sales floor, doesn't seem to really care about the issue we have. His actual response, while pulling food from betwixt his teeth was, "Well, you can BUY some new washers and nuts for about .10." Awful cheap considering the mower is almost brand new and the amount of money spent on it. I know the mowers come in partially assembled. So I'm not sure if maybe it was already missing nut to begin with from the factory, or from the store. But I should think as it was only purchased 2 months ago there would still be some kind of manufacturer's or store warrenty on the item. Guess I would have been better off to spend money elsewhere. Won't make the same mistake again. Jay, you need some serious customer service training, and learn to do your personal grooming during your breaks so you can act like a professional on the clock.I'll take my money to Rural King from now on.

We called the store to check to see if a specific zero turn mower was in stock and was told it was. We drove 45 min and waited 15 to find out it wasn’t in stock. Will not buy anything from this store.
