I just received one of my many special orders from Menards Angola. I always see Rachel from the cabinet and appliance dept, she is knowledgeable, professional , and helpful and has always followed up after the sale to make sure it's correct. She is my go to saleslady for anything I need. She gets a 5 star rating from me everytime.

I purchased all of my kitchen and bath cabinets from Rachel , she is the best . Any time a issue came up she was right on it and made sure it was taken care of. I definitely give her 5 stars! She is knowledgeable, easy to talk to and listens to what the customer wants.

Stopped in to pick up more garland like the ones I had already purchased for $12.99. Noticed they were on sale for 25% off but when I got to the register they rang up at $14.99 so I politely told the cashier,who then called for someone to come, the person who came didn't know what to do so they called someone who said it was regularly $19.99 and sale price is $14.99. They did give them to us at $12.99 but that is the regular price we paid for the other 7 we had already bought. It was frustrating trying to discuss it with them as they acted like they just didn't care. Kind of a "take it or leave it" attitude. I paid the price as I needed them to match but it should have been only $9. 75 each. It's not as much about the money as it is about the attitudes. I get that the time of yer can be a bit much for retail but when customers are polite and patient the least the staff could do is be the same. Sad because we love shopping at Menards and do so quite often. Never had issues at any of the other Menards stores.

We stopped in today to buy brick pavers. We drive about 45 minutes to shop at this store, only because it’s the closest to where we live. Anthony who works in the building material department is extremely RUDE. We asked to look at the pavers before we bought them. He sent us on a wild goose chase outside in the lumber yard. We couldn’t find what we needed so we went back inside to once again ask for help.Anthony was belittling and made us feel stupid. Anthony sent us outside again by ourselves to look for what we needed. All the while he was chatting with another employee. Step it up Menards.Possibly a class in common courtesy is in store for Anthony.

Guy named Ken who was rude to me a few years ago was working today in the flooring with my friend. He was very rude again treated her stupid and came back with a rude sound when she said she was going with another flooring guy. I don’t recommend him he’s rude and shouldn’t be in customer service. She decided not to go to with your store because of him. Needs fired.

Was bagging my items after I paid and the cashier started immediately ringing up the next customer before I could finish bagging and him and I had to look at receipts to see which one was mine . I don’t mind, bagging my own things, but give someone time to do it, especially if they’re alone! And the cashier was not very friendly at all.

The staff is always friendly and helpful, ready to assist you with any questions you may have. I recently purchased some paint from them and was impressed with the quality. They also have home delivery for most everything. The employees are exceptionally friendly and fun to talk to, they are also quite knowledgeable about their respective departments.

Needed to get two keys made and pick up some other items needed for new house. Employee told me I would have to make my own keys, employees don’t do it for customers. I guess they are not dedicated to service and quality. Thank goodness for Lowe’s.

They close at 9pm on weekend, Goshen is open till 10pm. Horrible service, rude and like to be little people for asking a simple question we had 15 mins to get our vehicle loaded and cashier said sorry you don’t have enough time. I walked out. I miss the old days when the workers would say oh hun that’s fine I can give you a few more mins no one likes their jobs anymore very sad. I will not shop at this Mernards again.

Eben was very nice and even asked me to look over my eggs once more. He was the highlight of my visit. Professional, fast, and polite. Of course all was well with my eggs, but the thoughtfulness is what makes me want to shop there again. Not only for home improvement, but what grocery shopping I can do just to support more often.

Went to the garden center to get an idea of what I wanted to plant. The lady, Nancy was so helpful and cheerful. She suggested plants for my yard. Offer ideas. Showing me what had rebates and where I could get the best for my money. I will definitely shop here, because of the service I had. Thank you Nancy 😊😊😊.

The store itself is pretty good. The staff also. But CHEAP. I am handicapped, and require shopping buggy. Stopped in again to shop, but no buggy. Was told, small store so only two buggies. Myself have only seen one and a wheelchair. Don't care for handicapped customers.

My local store when I’m at my Cabin, I come here for all my hardware needs. Excellent staff in side but, apparently you should not help out the cart handlers. Mr Evan was not in a great mood and was extremely rude when I moved mine and some other carts his way. No excuse for that!

I enjoy shopping here. I walk around the store finding almost all the things I want. Whenever I can't find something, I can get help quickly from whoever is responsible for an area. Lots of things available. In and out quickly. Highly recommend.

I was recently overcharged for an item that was marked different on the shelf. I went to the return desk to get my charge adjusted. The woman at the return desk was great under the busy circumstances at the time. To make a long story short, it took 40 minutes of my time before the situation was figured out. I was told by another department head that someone was bringing the correct tag to the return desk. They never showed. By that time I was fuming. By the way I was the only one in line when this started. I just decided to get a refund. I then spoke to the store manager. He said that this was the busiest day of the year. He did offer to give the correct price from the tag, which no one knows where it is now. I told him that the whole experience was unacceptable and I would probably never shop there again. Get it together, Menards Angola. 45 minutes of my life wasted.

Menards is easily the best home and garden building and repair supply experience in the Midwest. They offer just about everything you can want plus food and toiletries at a pretty solid price point that isn't budget busting. Wish they had more paint and finishing options and brands but what they do have certainly suffices. Their lighting department is extremely impressive and the prices for lighting fixtures is surprisingly low for the quality you're getting. Rinse repeat with sinks, bathroom fixtures, tubs, showers, flooring and more. They have an excellent offering of carpet remnants as well that will help your budget tremendously and the carpets offered aren't completely hideous by any stretch. Not to mention how AWESOME their seasonal and holiday displays and offerings are!

Was standing in the main aisle with a cart to get lumber waiting for my husband who was looking for self tapping screws for metal for 20 minutes looking at 5 to 6 different employees, not one ask my husband or myself if we needed help. 10 minutes after that he finally got some help. The rest of the store was good.
