I feel this is the worst CVS to fill my prescriptions at. I receive the SAME script sent same time every 2wks. This is the only CVS to never have it filled after electronically receiving it at 1:30pm the day BEFORE! Don't try to say it's insurance due to every other CVS has filled it the SAME DAY RECIEVED even tho I don't usually pick it up until the next morning when my next dose is due. The techs are rude and have no customer care! Again this stems from how management treats customers.

Very rude techs. Never ask if I have any questions. And when i do, they says they dont know and that i need to contact the doctor. Pharmacist never goes over new meds. Wait times are ridiculous. Sit in the drive the driver through for over 15 minutes with no one in the store. Waiting inside the store for 10 minutes with no one in drive through. Just a very toxic environment.

Always a long wait. Drive thru never open. Had a prescription called in at 10am and it still wasn’t ready by 7pm. No apology or understanding from staff, very nonchalant. I get that everyone is having staffing issues right now, but people often need prescriptions urgently.

I need to get two prescriptions including a pain medicine prescription for my son. The pharmacy opened two hours late because the pharmacist “slept in”. It took three hours to get only of the scripts until I found out that they were out of one. Now I need to visit another pharmacy. I will have spent four hours getting two bottles.

They are never open! I waited 2 weeks for blood pressure medication. Went up several times a week and it's never open! How can you fill peoples medication when you arnt even open? What happens when my diabetic grandma cant get her insulin cause ya know YOUR NOT EVER OPEN! they should just close permeantly. I switched to walgreens ✌

How can a customer walk in to pick up a script at 1:27pm and the pharmacy says we will have that tomorrow. Customer says no, I need to pick up the two boxes you have in stock OH, I see that and say we are working on it, we are heading to lunch at 1:30pm. Ugh!!! When does a customer stop being the customer for your personal schedule???🙃This world is upside down!🙃

8-10-20 Called the Pharmacy to see if the prescription was ready and was on hold for 23 minutes. While I'm on hold I decided to drive there after 15 minutes or so and pulled up to the drive through window and rang the button for 3 minutes before anyone came to the window. I showed her my phone and said I've been on hold for 23 minutes. There was literally no one in the Pharmacy at all. They were PURPOSELY IGNORING PHONE CALLS!!! They have lost my meds after being filled, they have put wrong Dr.s names on bottles and a number of other f**k ups. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY EVERY!!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE EVERY AGAIN! Thank you and have a nice day 🤣🤣🤣

My sons prescription was called in at 9 am. I had to have my husband pick it up on his way at work and they hadn’t even started to fill it at 5:30 pm. Ridiculous. We will be using another pharmacy

Why the hell can't the covid19 tests be scheduled over the phone. My mom has to get a test done because of someone who tested positive at her factory and she's trying to do the online bull and it won't even schedule her. She can't go back to work without it being done.

After waiting 25 minutes in a drive thru lane that never moved I went in. Waited another 20 minutes to pick up a zero cost prescription. If you can’t staff your stores don’t bother opening them! Why can’t a pharmacy in this town get its act together?!

Went to drive thru to drop of a prescription and I had a question so I hit the call button several time but got no response. Later I called to ask the question I had and after 10 minutes of holding I got no answer. WOW!!

Don't bother trying to get ahold of them over the phone always take me 15 to 30 mins for them to answer the phone for a 40 sec phone call if I could go somewhere else I would but because my ins only lets me go here I have to stay
