To the cashier this morning, wearing the teal shirt thank you for assisting me and giving me some knowledge on the heat lamps I needed for my pet iguana. She did a fantastic job even after the dude in the flannel was being a little rude about not being able to get some help, which I’m sure he was just being more impatient than anything. Again I want to thank her, and all her efforts and information she had given me.

For the LOVE OF GOD do not come here to get any type of fish. They will wait about 20 minutes to come help you. I’m so close to getting rid of all my fish tanks cause this place!!!!!

If I could do 0 I would. I did online order they gave me 1 hour to pick up and cancel it. And than they won't give me my money back! I spent $80 for nothing and now I have called store 4 times went up 1 time and now called headquarters and keep getting the run around and this is theft! Don't shop here online period!I will never shop here again!

I take my baby to "the spa" lol groomers there to get her a bath and grind her nails. They are so nice every time I take her and do an awesome job quickly. All the rest of the employees are super nice and great with her also! ❤️

Took our pup in for a Bath and Brush which includes a sanitary trim, got home and noticed it wasn't much of a trim and he still had a dingle berry on his hind end . Didn't call up to complanr since it never gets me anywhere.Bath and nails were great .

I've always got my fish here they are amazing always helpful now I don't know how good their groomers are but I can speak for the fish and pet decor/foods beds and cat hamster and bird area

This pet store would have received 4 stars a couple months ago, but lately I've noticed that the prices have come down some, making them more of a 1st choice than a 2nd. I have a spoiled cat, so you know I'll be back. Still the largest selection of dog and cat foods, etc, I've seen. Great people too!

It's important to note that my husband is the kindest man in the world and literally never says anything bad about anyone or anything. He took our 3 year old cocker spaniel to this Pet Smart for the premium groom. He almost left before the appointment began because the groomer (Amanda A.) was pissy with him when he was trying to decide how short to trim our dogs hair. It wasn't what she said but her body language & behavior and obvious lack of patience. He should have went with his gut instinct and walked out of the store.By the time it was done, our pup was having an anxiety attack...panting heavily, the whites of his eyes were blood red, and trembling. My husband never took his eyes off her (except during bathing because he could not see that area), so I am not insinuating that she was rough with him. However, she certainly does not have a calming demeanor. He ended up leaving with his face and paws untrimmed...so he looks a little crazy. I'm not sure how much of the "premium" services he received. I do know that she did not even bother putting a bandana or bow tie on him.This will be the first and last time we ever use any Pet Smart for grooming!

The store was clean and odor free. We purchased a small aquarium and beta fish. The sweet girl working.that depth was frie.dly and knowledgeable; she was able to answer all our questions and offer advice. I would recommend, for your pet needs, if you're around this location!

This location has a vast variety of foods for all price points. The store is always clean. The only issues I've ran into here is there aren't many employees if you need some assistance and one of the new cashier's doesn't seem the least bit delighted to be there. Returns are a breeze!

I went there to buy a bird and the store assistant leader would not sell me a bird. She said they were too close to closing and the bird had to be vetted 🤷 and then she had to go over things and make sure I had a cage etc. etc. I told her I didn't need cage, I have one. All I wanted to buy was the bird. I have everything else I need for the bird. She still would not sell me the bird. I bought things for my grandsons bunny. The assistant store leader told me that I just can't walk in and buy a bird🤷I am going to another pet store today to buy a bird. I will not go back into that store.The Conure I wanted to buy will just have to stay in the LITTLE bird cage at that PetSmart. No one ever came up to me and asked if they could help me find what I was looking for . They just started turning off the lights.Then she came over to tell me that they were closing.I was able to buy the bunny items. But not the bird!!!🤦I am going to make sure that anyone I know doesn't go into that store!!Worse PetSmart store EVER!!!!!!

Ive never had any issues until today... I bought a few fish about a week ago and added to my long time established tank.. it broke out in ICK which happens I get it. I called just to be informative and the lady had my head. All short of cussing me. I wasn't being rude, or demanding money or anything, I,'m not even angry about it. I'm taking care of my tank and eliminating the problem. I just wanted them to know and possibly treat theirs if need be. And she got very rude and snappy. I from now on will take my business elsewhere.

I don't normally shop pets mart, but they had the brand of food I needed for my fur babies. The store was clean. The aisles well stocked and clearly marked. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very personable. Was a very pleasant experience.

Absolutely worst service I've ever had. Thank you for breaking my 2 year olds heart telling her to her face she can't have goldfish when she has a 55 gallon tank that's setup! That's all she wanted was your lousy 40 cent goldfish and you refuse to sell for NO REASON! Muncie will forever get my service from now on. I will not return and make sure I tell everyone how rude you let your staff be to MY 2 year old!

Very rude service when buying fish. The employee would make sure to let me know how wrong I was after every sentence, and acted annoyed when I asked more questions. Barely let me buy 5 fish to add to a 55 gallon established tank. Will not be returning.

Awesome i got a 7 dollar green anole with a cage and bark along with some worms. There are also hamsters fish and reptiles. We had to wait dometime for custumer service but it was worth it.

Liz in the fish department is simply amazing! If it was not for her I would have lost my fish. As a first time fish owner she talked me through everything from the decorations to the food and maintenence. My fish is happy and so am I. Thanks Liz your the best!

Cashier overcharged us even after we asked about. We went home and we were absolutely overcharged. Gas is very expensive, but we had to make two trips for one purchase.

They always try their best here, which is saying a lot for Anderson. They get new fish on Thursdays, so if you want them fresh, that's the best chance for survival.
