NEW FREEZER SECTION & Produce!! Lots more to offer. They haven t got them completely filled up yet but it looks like they're getting to it. Yeah so they have done up the place and it's definitely a Solid 3 and 1/2 star or maybe even a four-star for the area it's in. I will change my review to a 4-star because of the work they put in the place. It's maybe a little cluttered & unorganized rite now but typically the staff are nice and well-rounded so that helps. Very slow in the cash out! I mean really slow. Really depends on the amount of visitors are there. Buts they are always busy. Good thing we are getting another one! They need more than one cash register open in my opinion..

Always sold out of certain items. I wish they would maximize their product volume so that way everyone can shop. Over 20 separate visits, and always sold out of bologna and peanut butter.

Cashier Aubrey carried my bag out to my car that I forgot and she was super busy! What a great cashier! Kourtney is the best employee that store has!!! Great job girls

Went to both General dollar stores in Alexandria. I was looking for a specific style of reading glasses. Found them. Also found some cookies. Good covid practices. I did notice the north store has expanded its grocery items.

I don't care for the new manager there but the other employees are awesome. They are very polite and they help you find what you need. The store is always clean and the ials are always clear.

Usually has what we’re looking for however, there are so many extra boxes of inventory items & constantly the layout/flow of the store. Your choice, Adventurous Search or Nightmares of time lost..

Well the dollar store in kokomo couldn't get the keys to the phone display case for 3 days. Discurtius to me and understand helpful. The store is a mess. No employee could offer assience.

There's 2 dollar generals in Alexandria, and this is the older one. There's usually a line. The store is kind of messy, and unorganized. Also, the customer service is lacking at times. I return to this DG, only because it is close and convenient. I prefer the newer DG, which is down the road from this one.

Prices are a little higher then the dollar market. This is a better option on some nights or mornings for us nightshift people. Glad to have this store overall

It is dirty with frieght sitting everywhere and cashier didn't bag my purchases.When I asked if I had to bag my own she said she didn't know if I wanted them bagged. Hmmm.....maybe she should have asked? 😡😡😡😡😡

Friendly employees clean store only thing that kept it from 5 is few spots I found products that didn't have a price by it I am sure if I took it up to counter they would tell me price but I don't believe I should have to do that to find a price
