Pharmacy staff are very rude. Meds are due for refill then you go to pick it up and they say not ready to refill even though their system on h to e app says it’s ready. Totally bizarre. I travel for work and am gone for up to a week at a time and this has happened more than once. Staff in pharmacy need to be a little more compassionate!

Nothing but problems when dealing with cvs as a whole. Terrible pharmacy. Things are never ready when you are told they will be. They don't answer the phone for anyone. They are never busy but still can't seem to get anything done when they say. Yeah you go ahead and take your lunch first while my pregnant wife is at home throwing her guts up because she doesn't have the medicine she needs thanks to you. Cvs is the worst pharmacy in the country and this one is the worst of them. They truly do not care even a little bit about their customer

We have had nothing but issues gettingprescriptions filled over the last few months they don't have the medication in stock it will be one to three days to get it in. You get an I'm sorry you can call corporate. We can give you a partial fill now I have two prescriptions for the same medication for a month. And all their corporate office says is we are so sorry we will document it. Well, we are leaving CVS after being loyal customers for twelve years. Sorry, not sorry I'll document it.

One of the rudest pharmacies I have ever Been to. They ask for the name kn the prescription and if you have multiple people to pick up and you say the names I got attitude from the checkout lady saying HOLD ON one name at a time. It's like okay so I stopped then she shut the door before I could give her the other names.

Every single month they say they have 'no more refills', although I know the doctor has sent in refills for 3 months. Every single month the doctor calls cvs to sort it out and tells us 'the problem is on their again, they fixed it'.

I love this pharmacy. Everyone that works there is so nice. I have to pay out of pocket for some of my meds n they always try to help find me the best deals whether it’s good rx or recommending manufacturers coupons. They’re all very accommodating. I know they’ve been hard to get ahold of over the phone lately but Everytime I go in there they are COMPLETELY SWAMPED n it’s not wonder they can’t get to all the phone calls in a quick manner. I haven’t been to this location without seeing lines of people n they’re all working as fast as they can. Their hours shortened recently so they have to do more work in shorter time so if you’re someone complaining about the long waits or the phones. Just try to understand that they are very busy n we need to be patient since they only have so many hours a day, so many employees n they have so many customers. So just be kind to them. It’s not their fault they’re that busy.
