Those people have clearly never boarded their pets here. I don't know what those people are talking about when they say their dogs were malnutritioned because that is not even how it works. All the clients fill out a form giving feeding instructions. The animal care givers follow those instructions. They feed the animals at least 2 times a day and they get treats at least 2 times a day. I have been bringing my pets here for years and they have always loved and taken excellent care of them. My pets all love coming here. They start singing when they know we are getting close and they run to the door when we arrive. I would never take my pets anywhere else! I am loyal customer for life! Thank you, I love you bunches!!

Conditions were poor, small building with dozens of animals in small cages. Would not take my dogs again. Paid for baths too and they smelled absolutely terrible.

I cannot say enough about how great Bed N Biscuit is. The animals are well taken care of, allowed play time and Misty gives extra attention to the animals that need special care. She spoils them. Love this place.

Worst place I’ve ever seen I got pictures to prove my dogs were horribly taken care of I had my 4 dogs there and when we picked them up one had a gash on back her neck vet had to put 7 stitches in she was malnourished all 4 looked like skeletons one has a tooth broken to the gums the smell was so bad I don’t know how to explain it if you had a dog as vol as cujo I would never recommend you leave it here this place needs to not be allowed to be in the care of any animals please people this lady don’t care for your animals the way you may think she does pay attention to your animals

We have been coming here for YEARS. Misty does a fantastic job and always treats our dogs as her favorites! They have extra items to provide incase we forget something. I love how our newest dog is now warming up to Misty and no longer shy and nervous when we pull up. Definitely the best boarders in Noble county.

My German Shepherd Triton has been coming here for 4 years and loves it. Misty (and everyone else) takes great care of him and he has a great time. He loves seeing the other dogs and loves having a bath too! I know he is safe and well taken care of. Triton gets very excited when he knows he is going to his home away from home. Thank you for all that you do!!

We recently lost our beloved fur baby and have 3 puppies to take care of. Misty has been great help to our situation she is very knowledgeable and kind and offered to help us with the feedings and care of the puppies while we were out of town and couldn’t take them with us.10 out of 10 would recommend the animal house bed and biscuit for all your pets needs when you are away!

My husky absolutely loves coming to stay the night and seeing her friends! She gets so excited when she sees the building and runs right to the door! She even adores her doggie day car once a week! I was nervous the first time leaving my dog because I’ve never done that before but the staff was reassuring and sent me pics threw out the day! I am glad to say when my other husky gets old enough he will be joining his sister for daycare! You guys are awesome thank you!

Great Place to board your Fuzzy Kids. We have boarded our precious babies here for years. You couldn't ask for better care & love. We boarded 2 large dogs, our little 5lb Pomeranian, Pixie, and 2 cats. They even took pics on cell and sent them to us!!! Love this place and the owners!!

My dog gets so excited when we pull into the driveway of Animal House. I don't have any guilt when I leave him there like the other places he has stayed. He barely notices when I leave! I will never take him anywhere else now. Ever!

The place wreaked of urine when we entered. We were leaving our dog at a boarder for the first time. My husband and I debated on taking our dog with us on vacation but ultimately left him there. It's ok if all you want is someone to feed and water your animal. Set your expectations very low when going there.

Very disappointed. I worried that the dogs would be defenseless is something happened.There is no one there at times during the day.What if there was a fire?My dog peed for atleast 5 minutes after I picked her up . She shook for quite awhile.I doubt they were out of their cages as I was told.She smelled so bad . I can only assume from laying in a dirty cage.Never again!The person who appeared to be a caregiver was very sweet
