The store was updated and is now new and improved. Cameras and tv monitors that make sure you understand you are being watched and recorded. The store still has horrible customer service. There are lots of self checkout lanes now. Plenty of parking.

I went casually browsing for seasonal items for next spring and summer. There was a great variety of clearance items at the Kenosha location. The salesman in lawn care was so helpful. He literally scanned every item to make sure that it was marked down. He also explains items that I wasn't familiar with. Interactioned with my grandsons and took time to stop and help me whenever I had a question. Great day and I purchased a lot of deals for next year!!

Who ever set up their barcodes in produce really screwed up- was charged 13 bucks for one garlic clove and 7 bucks for 2 apples. Didn’t realize until I got home since we got so many other items. Girl at register only paused when two tomatoes rang up for $8.

Get rid of self checkout. It's a rip-off and a joke.then you're made to look like you're a criminal in the eyes of your staff. Interactions with cashiers were always the best. Quit being cheap because you're not paying me to do my checkout. Hire ppl to do the job.plu lines are ridiculous. People make the store, not the CEO'S that make these stupid decisions. Get back to basics, and don't bring in AI either.

Place is worthless now. You can't bring your vehicle here for any service anymore without an appointment. Needed to get a flat tire repaired as I put air in it and they say sorry need an appointment now. Straight worthless now for anything to do with autos.

I was surprised to see this Walmart very nice and everything was I order. The clerks are very friendly and they do know when you ask for help where things are. Definitely this is the Walmart I'm coming too.

🤠🤗What can you say? It's Walmart. Much better then the other Walmart in Fountain Square. This particular Walmart is clean and well-stocked, this is the one that I will shop at on a regular basis. I will say this particular Walmart is more true to their sales papers than some of the other ones I've been to.✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️

Picked up my curbside pickup and this is the 2nd time they failed to secure a liquid cleaning product! 1/4 of my dish detergent spilled all over my other food products. Last time Clorox clean up spilled on my truck carpet! Totally unacceptable.

I love Walmart, especially the store in Zion where I stay. The workers are kind and very respectful, they treat people like you are someone, and not just a picture on the wall. Very helpful and also very nice into welcoming you into the store. And also helpful in finding items in the store.

Tired of going to Walmart and having to walk past the clinic at the entrance/exit door. Why would you put a clinic that sick people are sitting in at an entrance/exit that everyone has to walk past? They need to put an exterior door to enter the clinic not the main entrances.

Being in customer service myself the customer is not always right , you decide if I was wrong to expect a Good morning, expect my cleaning product not to be put in the same bag as my bacon or my pies on there side instead of flat I said nothing till the end when she was to busy talking to a coworker to not even say thank you what lead me to this review was when I asked if Walmart trains them to have a little common curiosity by saying good morning or thank you when they hand you the receipt she replied Why didn't you say good morning ? I said I did but you were to busy talking to your coworker to hear me She Called me a liar ..

Old receipt lady harrassing paying customers while ignore the actual thefts taking place in front of her. Food is usually moldy or a day from expiring. Pick up orders are hardly ever 100% complete. The alcohol section however is 10/10. Speaks volumes on their ethics.

Waited 3 1/2 hours for an oil change, I was told it would be that long so can't complain. I wonder how long I'd be waiting if I didn't ask "How much longer?" They stripped my bolt twice! Done with their service.

What a terrible staff including manager. We bought something from clearance section listed for 5.50 but when we were paying for it it came up to $13.00, we even have staff came with us to verify the price it was for 5.50 on clearance but they denied to honor the price .

They wouldn't even cash my Illinois unemployment check that was on Chase Bank. So Walmart don't cash state checks? My credit shouldn't have anything to do with a government check being cashed..

This is far and away the best Walmart I've ever been to! Went there twice over the last month on a Sunday morning and then on a Saturday afternoon. On both occasions the store was very clean, shelves were faced and stocked!!! Been to a number of stores in the area as a vendor and let's just say most of the stores look like a hurricane went through them especially on weekend.Also, very friendly employees at every place that I seen them.Need to let someone know from corporate what a great job this team is doing at the Zion Walmart!
