They did a great job on my dog. Listened to special requests (no perfume or strong smellling products or soy products) Friendly staff. It did smell pretty strongly of wet dog. To the point it really bothered my asthma. I'll probably have a family member drop off/pick up my pet from now on. Definitely will be a long term customer.

Our Australian Shepherd just needs nails trimmed and rear end hair shaved every few months. They always take us as a walk-in... get us out quickly, and are very professional. Have been going to Claudia's for years.

Very nice place to take of our Rottweiler!!! We searched forever to find someone that would groom a Rottweiler and finally we found a place. Laci may so enjoyed her spa day and came home soo happy. I can't thank the ladies enough for the awesome job they did !!!

First time there with our two dogs, one old girl and a very energetic pitbull. Was very happy with the service and the employees were all very kind. Both our dogs seemed to have a positive experience and we've already scheduled our next appointment, I would recommend 👍👍

I have taken my baby there 2x now and she seems to love them. I go by what the dog feels, I was a groomer and if your dog isn't happy then don't go there. That was my opinion to anyone about a groomer, vet, doggie day care, or boarding kennel. Animals are very intelligent and know if people are real or not.

awesome place to get your dog groomed .. we're fostering an Alaskan Malamute and they did an amazing job making him look so good ...he was really dirty..nut no worries ..he looks like the champion he is now ..thanks so much ..will be back in a few weeks for a touch up for him ....

Won’t ever go back……when I arrived they were all yelling across the room how much they should charge me. When I walked in, everyone shut up immediately, it felt so uncomfortable and unprofessional. I have two Aussies, who clearly shed…. apparently it was too much for them.. I received so much attitude from the workers, they made me feel like a bad dog owner. I usually am good about making sure I get them in, however with COVID…….. and life I was behind. They wanted to schedule me again for the future but made it seem like nobody wanted to deal with them again. Which made my decision to never go back very easy…… They don’t deserve to work on my fur babies!

I had used this facility one time before upon recommendation and it was just okay. They had only shampooed my dog and said that she was supposed to be that long but reiterated a few times that my dog had broke the table. i paid (tipped as well) and left. After quarantine was loosened, I made another appointment. I brought her in the other day and just explained that I wanted her shorter than last time. Again, it was brought to my attention that my dog had broken the table last time. A few girls had come to the front at this point but there was one in particular that had a bad attitude. Very confrontational and dismissive of anything i had said I wanted done (it was impossible since the dog broke the table last time). The other girls were very friendly and made sure to let me know she would do whatever my dog would let her, which is understandable. Upon return someone not at all involved in the situation, Becca, had cut my dog and told my mom she had absolutely no issues. She did an amazing job, but that one bad seed led me to make the decision that I would not return. I've told a few people about my experience just in conversation, but this is just for knowledge for you that everyone in there is representing your place of business and if they don't have the same mindset and goals as you, you will be held back.

Very first time for both me and my doggo, Claudia was fantastic. She answered my questions, suggested what services would be best for my dog, and just genuinely seemed to care about my companion. On pick up my dog looked so much better and happier, Krekles down the road even gave her a free small ice cream for how pretty she looked.I can't wait to take my dog back.

I have struggled to find a new groomer since moving to Decatur. They have been nothing but wonderful to me and my dog. They noticed an issue my dog was having that I didn't bc I cannot smell anything.... they noticed what I couldn't. I ended up going to the Vet after they prompted me to, and found a very deadly infection. She is all good now, and I have Claudias to thank!!! Plus, they do a very good job! Kudos♡

I called late in the afternoon to see if I could squeeze in my Jack Russell Terrier and they were so helpful in working in the time to get him groomed that day. They were absolutely wonderful with him and did an excellent job. He looks great and we will definitely be going back. Highly recommend!

The owner lost everything when she lost Kristen. Nobody wants to answer the phones or stay late for their dogs. The boss is always upset and short tempered yet never there outside of emergencies and to shun staff. Would NOT recommend.

We had our dog in Claudia for almost a year now. At beginning, we felt really good, the dog came back and the fur was fluffy and clean. In recently visits, the dog came back felt like the dog was not water washed but may be by the dry clean shampoo. Disappointed.
