Today the first day of black history month and Alyssa (cashier) decided to be very disrespectful. I have encountered this Alyssa before and she was so rude. First encounter I had wine in my reusable bag I didn't want it to roll on th belt well she took them out th bag but didn't put it back it she said that's their rule I said ok but every other cashier and manager puts it back in the back after ringing up in the cart. Finally this day I went to get groceries the line is half way down the aisle she keeps looking and looking I understand she has to stick too so it's two people in line before me I haven't put anything on the belt. She comes up and takes the woman behind me I said why wouldn't you take me she because I'm next I said how am I next and it's two people ahead of me. I said that's as so rude and not right. I said I didn't even put anything on the belt she said you should have put something on the belt I said aye watch your mouth and don't talk to me like that. She was continuing to talk to me reckless I asked my cashier for a manger she comes out the back office I explained to her what is happening she looks dumb founded no apology nothing she just starting at me. I asked for a gm she said he will be there Sunday his name is Roger but I will be reaching out to corporate. Just because you have baby hairs and an attitude doesn't mean you have to be a mean cashier. seems like a lot of cosplay

Love my aldis! The prices are much cheaper then other stores and their produce is very good!I wish Aldis would move out to New Mexico area! They need one in T or C. I love it when I can shop there!

I shop at Aldi frequently and the last few times I've been in, I've noticed a particular male and female employee flirting with each other. This is happening more in the evening than in the morning or afternoons. I feel their interactions are a bit on the inappropriate side.

I visit our local Aldi at least once a week. Yesterday I stopped to grab pasta sauce. When I picked up the jar, it slipped out of my hand. It crashed to the floor and sauce went all over me, my shoes, and the floor. I immediately grabbed some wipes from my purse and started cleaning up the mess. One of the managers, Rebecca, came around the corner and gave me the nastiest look. Her body language was awful. She literally turned around and walked away. Did not ask me if I was hurt or needed help- NOTHING. As I am cleaning up her store! Gary, the other manager came to help. He was kind and cracking jokes with me. He said he understands this happens all the time. I offered to pay for the jar. I used my entire container of wipes to help him pick up the glass and sauce. I felt horrible. Rebecca made me feel even worse. It was so humiliating. Shame on her for treating anyone that way. Accidents happen. For me it is the way employees treat people that matters in the end- Thanks Gary!

The Zion location is still disappointing, nasty floor, rotten tomatoes. I asked the clerk did they have any fresh tomatoes, she said not until tomorrow. SMH. The fruit and veggie section wasn’t neat, clean and organized like it used to be. They used to have the floor machine running and the bathrooms were clean. It’s so bad they had to take the stall enclosure down in the bathroom, it still offers privacy, it’s one stall. Just try to clean it at least twice a day. They only had one cashier working, customers were getting impatient. There was a Man in a wheelchair begging at the front door, someone needs to stop this negative behavior. Why has the quality of our used to be Favorite store gone down?Aldi please fix this situation, you’re a Neighborhood store, we deserve better for patronizing your location.

I was staying at the Inn up the street and needed to get some snacks for the hotel. I haven't been in an Aldi in a really long time but it was the closest grocery store to the hotel. I forgot I needed a quarter for the carts and didn't have any cash or change on me. I went inside and asked if there was any way I could borrow a cart while I shopped and a male employee told me yes and then brought it over to me.After grabbing what I needed, I headed to checkout. I didn't realize I had to box/bag my own items and looked confused when the cashier was putting my things back in my cart. The same man that gave me the cart is the same one that checked me out, I think he said he name was Gary, explained there were boxes I could use to box up my things or I could purchase a bag.I don't come to this area often but when I do, I'll be sure to stop back at this location.

I love ALDI. This location in particular is large, clean, and has a good selection. Obviously, the prices are the biggest attraction. They're UNBEATABLE. The produce is always in good shape, and if you ever have a problem with any food item (we haven't) they refund your money AND GIVE YOU A NEW ONE!ALDI is amazing.

It was a normal visit in my family but i have cut them down pretty good due to quality on there products.
