Well, I'm or was a newcomer to the Ziegler area. If the person with grey, wild hair, wild eyed individual who came charging at me in the passenger seat of a vehicle( I am a senior citizen ( born Alabama and raised as a patriot ( most male relatives suffered death being patriotic)( never knew any Grandfather's)( or Uncle's and Aunts due to loss of life during wartime efforts, cousin's included)( Most importantly vision,severely hearing impaired ( for the most part deaf and hadi-capable physically) without any Social Security ( although I never married and never birthed children unto this earth or anywhere else) ( like a bull outside of a outdoor feed & seed location is indicative of the Ziegler welcoming committee, . . . Well, thanks but no thanks necessary! I raised my eyebrows and both hands into the small vehicular unit as far as to show I did not know what this individual was (and as a deaf, blind but certainly not dumb person can attest we read body language, etc ) The wild eyed, wild greyhaired person was yelling!! I would have liked to get to know fellow business people in what was to be a new retirement relocation. I will guarantee that individual, individuals, business, I will continue on with my Intersection 148/149 Ziegler IL 62999 exploration hoping to make a few near friends or acquaintances and they are GUARANTEED/OR CAN BET THAT I'LL AVOID THAT TYPE OF INTERACTION! PLEASE AND THANK YOU IN ADVANCE ☺️!

Customer service oriented owner operators. They are so friendly and helpful. Excellent selection of professional grade and personal grade Cub Cadet riding mowers and zero turns. Along with plenty of lawn and garden care products. They also keep in stock a good selection of parts for lawn care equipment. It's a great place to take care of your lawn and garden needs.

Definitely not the friendliest. Ordered a part but at wrong Cub Cadet Dealer, then this one charged me $40.00 more than the other dealer was charging. Felt like we were bothering her, having her do her job! Will never go back and DEFINITELY will not refer! Just because it was the end of the day, doesn't give you the right to treat your customers as if they are bothering you when you are spending a $100.00 at their place of business and have spent that there before too! That's just BAD BUSINESS! Especially when you are a owner!

I was terribly disappointed with the service that I got which was not fixing anything on my mower. Then when he brought it back to me he left it on the sidewalk without even letting me know it was there... With the key in it. I live in a bad neighborhood & it could have been stolen very easily. He didn't even bother to tell me anything he tried to do at all. I will never use their business again.!!!! Very unprofessional job!!! 😡

Great selection for what you gave to choose from in town,the only selection. Maybe why their not the friendliestI added this place when I did Furlows Field but it says Google wasn’t able to verify. I’m confused as to why. Thanks
