If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I have a 7mo old Goldendoodle that they basically butchered. I sent a message questioning if they cleaned her ears, which was part of the package I purchased, and I was told that no she probably didn't because they were busy that day and she didn't have time but I could bring her back at my convenience and she would do it. My husband and I both work so it's not convenient to just bring her back. This should have been done while she was there because that is what she was paid to do. Not only that, her haircut was HORRIBLE! She even had bald spots on her back legs and tail where they cut down to the skin. I asked her about these spots and said after paying $100, I expected proper service, not a half completed horrible job. She did not reply and instead blocked me where I can no longer reach out to her. I had to take my pup to another groomer and pay $100 to have their mess fixed!!! The new groomer said this was the worst job she has ever seen and she can't believe a so called groomer would do this to a dog! She was about 4 different lengths and it took her a good 3 hours to get her looking decent. She also informed me that she was not brushed and had matts in her ears that had not been touched! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Not only poor work, but poor customer service.

Horrible business. My co-worker took her golden doodle to her last week. She botched the dog, she did not clean her ears. Cut so close that there are bald spots on her behind. My co-worker let her know they were unhappy with the grooming job. She offered for her to come back to clean her ears. My co-worker said that, that was an inconvenience as that was supposed to be done at the grooming appointment. She then blocked my co-worker. If you can’t take criticism you don’t need to be open. Another co-worker also tried to contact them and let them know the frustration and got “And you’re messaging me why?” as a response. Luckily you can’t block me on Google :)

We took our first family trip and she kept our two dogs. She was so kind and texted us throughout our trip. Took excellent care of them. I will absolutely use them again.
