Can't believe I did not read reviews before using this pharmacy...HORRIBLE! With such bad reviews, how can they be busy??? Never had issues dropping off a prescription and waiting for it anywhere else, not here. First told, wont be ready until tomorrow, then, get a text that its ready, drive back again to get in line at drive thru, just to have a sign put up that they are now on break and then told "you were in line 2 minutes before, will see you in a half hour". Girl was rude, wouldn't look at me and just walked away. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY AGAIN!!!

Attempted to pick up my prescription and the pharmacy had a temporary sign of their early closing. Unfortunately not the first time this has happened. I understand Walgreens is a chain but this is sadly unreliable. A notice of the hour change would have been nice. I could have sent someone in my place.

The pharmacy has no clue what they're doing. They're rude and they always have issues with insurance so perscriptions are NEVER done correctly. I waited in line thru drive thru with my 1 year old, who was sick, and the lady told me to pull around and wait so she could take care of the people behind me first. (Which was 4 other cars) when I waited 15 min for my turn for the 1 car infront of me. Requested me to come into the store. I have now changed pharmacys. My husband always has issues with them as well. Do not get your perscriptions filled here. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but they continuously have no clue what they're doing.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. We were flat-out ignored for 5 minutes+ at the register, while the tech chatted with another employee out of sight behind the counter. Meanwhile, a line formed and stretched down the aisle. We had appointments for booster vaccines and they were 30+ minutes late. The tech repeatedly asked why we were there. We were there because we are healthcare workers and had appointments. She was clearly trying to get us to leave. The real thing that almost drove me out was the tech giving the shot was arguing with another employee about what the dose is. My husband also registered for a flu shot at the same time and *they forgot to give it to him.* He'll visit another location for that. Another employee turned away 2 elderly people asking for booster shots because they didn't have appointments (& they were not told how to make them). One was told the pharmacy was too busy. We were the ONLY people there for shots for the entire hour we were there (it should have been 20 minutes total, including the 15-minute observation). About 5 people were told their prescriptions were running late. This was an absolute nightmare and we will obviously not return to this location. It was also gross to watch people with no masks on trying on every pair of sunglasses in the store with no redirection from employees, in a state with a mask mandate, during a pandemic. Is this somewhere you want to go for medicine or care when you're sick?

The Pharmacy is THE WORST Pharmacy that I have ever delt with. They get the medication wrong many many times, they don't have the medication ready WHEN it is on automatic refill and make excuses. There should be no excuse. It is set up monthly the medication should be ready. There have been a time when the *pharmacist* had given us the wrong medication. They need better educated people that know the importance of how to schedule medication for their customers. There are maybe 2 people that know what they are doing. But I don't understand why I have so many issues with this place.

It’s 2 pm in the afternoon. Just came back from trying to pick up my meds at this Walgreens, only for it to be closed again! This is the third time in a month that I have tried to pick up meds for my spouse and I, only to see they have the pharmacy closed again. It’s the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Time to look for a different pharmacy

In the last couple years this Walgreens has went largely down hill in both customer service and stock. I’ve been using the app. because the pharmacist told me that my prescriptions would be filled faster. My experience has been opposite. It’s actually faster to bring a written prescription in and wait for it.My doctor wrote a prescription online for himself waited an hour and went in to the store. They told him that his doctor haven’t sent it. When he told them that he was the prescribing doctor and that he had sent it in over an hour ago they apologized and filled it for him. Why lie?!?! If you need more staff and customer care is suffering let corporate know. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

The pharmacist manager is not a nice person no matter how nice you are to him. He is judgmental and I’ve had to have my doctor call him multiple times because he defies my doctors orders even though it’s not too soon to refill. Maybe he has a God complex or wishes he was a medical doctor. Maybe he wasn’t good enough to get into medical school. Who knows. However, you are not allowed to hold peoples’ prescriptions without reason for days causing serious health issues. You need to check your ego and also your personality or perhaps change your profession.

How is everyone reading this post doing. I really can't believe the reviews I'm seeing. Guys we lived in plainfield for years and trust me John and his team are amazing. Thanks to the whole team for taking great care of myself and my family.

Based on customer service at various other Walgreens locations this one is lacking in MANY areas. The staff is not very helpful, the pharmacy is slow & there is a general rude attitude towards customers majority of the time as if you are troubling them by asking where something is located. This isnt based on 1 visit either. Ive witnessed staff having attitudes with other customers as well. In the last 6 mos, ive stopped in here at least a dozen times & only ONE VISIT the staff was courteous, helpful & pleasant. This store needs to work on their people skills.

This Walgreens is ridiculous. Always under staffed and over priced. Employees are roaming around instead of running a register. Poorly trained and or rude to customers. Pharmacy is also a joke the slowest ever. CVS please put a store south of the river. I'll drive to Target CVS so much better and much nicer staff.

I live nearby and frequently visit this Walgreens. The pharmacy has been great for us. I've haven't had any negative experiences with the staff. Sometimes it's a little slow at the registers but the staff has always been kind. This place is a life saver for me :)

Worst pharmacy staff, period. I even openly heard the pharmacist disrespect a woman when she asked about side effects. He rolled his eyes saying "well ya, its (name of drug)." That was it, he never spoke of any details and I watched the woman walk away upset at his callous behavior. Clearly he needs to find another profession.

I am a fertility patient in the middle of doing ivf/iui and got pregnant with a miracle baby by surprise. Problem was, in order to keep my pregnancy going I needed to get a specialty progesterone medication that is hard to track down and is usually done by mail order. I called, scared out of my mind, and Mariah was seriously my angel. She tracked my prescription down and found another local Walgreens within driving distance for me to go pick up immediately. She was incredibly professional and I am so grateful for the excellent customer service I received from her!

I can't even count how many times the pharmacy has not had my medication ready when THEY SAID it would be there. It is VERY important to be able to count on the pharmacy with correctly letting a person know that their medication will be there when they need it. NEEDS NEW EMPLOYEES! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Commercially focused on Pharmacy. But they don't tell you how they close down in the middle of the day. Again, can't get my son's prescription! Greatly disappointing, recommend getting scrip's filled at any other store than Walgreens...

I disagree with the other negative reviews. I am perfectly happy with this Walgreen's. Perhaps I've never had to deal with the pharmacy, which seems to be a complaint of several.

I agree with the majority of reviews commenting on rudeness of staff at this location. I never had difficulties with my petscription refills until i starting coming tovthis location.

I am not one to write reviews, but the employees are SO rude here. literally all of them. I wish they would change their staff, but untill then i will drive the extra 5 minutes to the route 34 location. save yourself the harrassment of these people...
