The customer service in pharmacy is terrible Janell is the rudest individual and do the bare minimum to assist. I had to ask her 4 times to check another Walgreens pharmacy for the prescription they was out of that I needed. Her response was “I’m pretty sure the other Walgreens doesn’t have the prescription in stock either.” Then hung up on me while I was still speaking. I really dislike this this location .

Pharmacy calls me multiple times a week & leaves messages to call back as if they're even calling about anything pertinent. Per usual it's them trying to get you to sign up for delivery or schedule pick up for all your meds on the same day. I've told them to stop, they keep calling & now their tactic is to not even tell you why they're calling in the message but tell me to call back & give a reference number- I have no pending prescriptions & nothing to deal with walgreens for them to be calling. I'll pick up my medications how I like & if someone tells you to stop calling, then stop harassing them. Walgreens is the worst pharmacy to deal with to begin with & then they do stuff like this to top it off- I'll be filling all of my prescriptions elsewhere from now on.

WORST walgreens ever. My 2 month old daughter needed her medicine and I asked them to transfer to Jewel because their price was insane. They said jewel needed to call to ask to get the prescription, they called multiple times and each time the person said the didn’t have a prescription with that name, then I would call and they would say that they do. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Good experiences whenever we've gone here. Lots of options for selection and pleasant staff that greet you whenever you enter and proactively ask if you need help when you're looking for something. Their restroom is awkwardly located; you really have to hunt for it (it is at the center of the back of the store). I like that you can provide your number here easily and it brings up your loyalty / Walgreens account.

It would be difficult to imagine worse customer service. This stores pharmacy is possibly a tick better than no pharmacy. If you use the drive up expect very long wait times. You will be told you are waiting for the pharmacist. Always. Not sure what the pharmacist is doing but its not work, at least not on behalf of customers.

This team works really hard. They are not always perfect, and guess what? Nobody is! But the pharmacist and the pharmacy techs do all they can to help you, whether you realize it or not. They have a lot of people to serve. So give them a break! Yes, you might be in a hurry. But so are the ten other people in line in front of you. Just remember to be kind.

This is one of the best Walgreens. The staff is really nice. I usually shop here in the afternoon. And the staff is helpful always have smile in their faces and super friendly.

My parents and I went to Walgreens today (Veterans Pkwy) and I was talking on the phone outside the store while my parents went in to grap a couple of things. I saw a couple go in without their masks on where clearly the sign on the entrance says to put on your mask. I saw that couple check out and leave and my parents came out right behind them. They started complaining how that couple wasnt wearing their masks I asked if they complained to anyone in the store my dad said he did but the employee he talked to he just noded and then didnt do anything about it. We have been to other retail, food places and when they see someone enter without their face mask the staff asks them to put it on and then enter. And this was unacceptable today at walgreens. Not everyone is vaccinated yet and even if that couple got vaccines they cant still carry the virus and spread it. Everyone should be wearing masks at any cost. If you dont care about wearing a mask which is basically you dont care about anyone else around you. Grow up I have seen people die even after getting both the doses. One of our neighbors passed away and they had both their doses done 3 weeks before they passed away. They got covid in 2 days and were in the hospital for 2 days it was so quick. You cant be bunch of careless ****holes. The stores need to be stricter.

Rude pharmacist.I believe her name is Dianne. I was dropping off a prescription to be filled in the drive thru. She took the paper from me and said (in a sarcastic voice ) " we are out of this medication and so you know it's dated for tomorrow". My reply was "well, I don't need it until tomorrow" her reply was well regardless we don't have it. She returned my script.Im not at all complaining because they were out of the medication, that happens.I'm complaining because this is the second time she has talked down to me. I have no doubt that she is a good pharmacist. Her customer skills are lacking. Sooooooo I went to the Walgreens at 71. No attitude no problem about the date. She was kind and respectful.

Pharmacy is critically under staffed. Extremely long wait times. You may be on hold for 45 minutes and then the hung up on before talking to anyone, this has happened to me a couple times.

Called twice to speak to a pharmacist. First time was on hold for over 11mins and then they hung up. I called back and again on hold for almost 10mins gave up and I finally hung up. Would not recommend this place for prescription questions.

One of the worst pharmacies I have ever dealt with, for a long time they would get my order, wrong, finally after many arguments I got that straightened out, and you wait forever in the drive-through or in store, I understand not having enough help, but 25 minutes in the drive-through is ridiculous and so is 25 minutes standing in the store to get your prescription, if it was possible to give this pharmacy 0 star I would .

Terrible! Takes upto 45 mins to get your prescription when you got a text and phone call stating that is ready to pick up. So aggraveting to have to wait for ao long this is ridiculous.

I enjoyed great service and talking with knowledgeable pharmacists. There was a short line and I was on my way in minutes.They accept Google Wallet, which is a big plus, not to be confused with Google Plus, another outstanding product.

This place used to be so good the people caring. Idk what happened but the people working here now are rude and slow. Even the pharmacist. Switched to Osco, much better.

Needed my annual FIT test for work. Called the number for the clinic and was told that they did them and no appointment was necessary. I went there, waited my turn for 3 HOURS then when it was finally my turn, was told that they do not, and never have done FIT testing. Would give a lower rating if I knew how!!
