To all yorkville and neighborhood, these guys are really impressive. Alexandra and Anthony who work there were really helpful and dedicated people who look forward to help customers genuinely and out of the box. Alexandra knows everything about the section she works. I was looking for bathroom fittings today but she was willingly helping me make the right decision. After my purchase Anthony helped me loading that heavy stuff in the car. They really made me feel like a friend and every time I go there I feel confident that this store has it all what it takes to find the right product. Great guys, I will look forward to see you soon

Absolutely horrible! Lady at self checkout had the worst attitude ever giving dirty looks at me, rolling her eyes. Was doing 2 separate transactions one paying cash for flowers and another for bricks. Payed my flowers and she just hovers over me and gives me the dirtiest look ever and acts like I’m stealing. Stated I was doing 2 transactions. Absolutely uncomfortable and that lady sucks at her job. Hated this experience today. Never had an issue at this store as the employees are really nice but that lady really just doesn’t deserve to work there. How does Home Depot even allow people like that to work there? Safe to say I don’t EVER want to return to this location.

We purchased several appliances at the Home Depot, Yorkville, Illinois store. Everything went well until they were delivered. The delivering drivers must have put our new washer and dryer in a grassy, muddy area because a clump of grass and mud was found in one of the legs by our plumber, AFTER it was installed by the Home Depot delivery service. Who knows how many of our other appliances (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher) was exposed to this as well. I called Home Depot but they won't do anything about it, they will not stand by the quality of their delivery service.We now need to figure out how to clean that area since the items are installed. We have new flooring so we want to ensure there is no damage. We decided we won't purchase from Home Depot again. We want to rely on quality products and SERVICE. Apparently, Home Depot doesn't take ownership of their poor delivery service.

I will never get any installation from Home Depot ever again. I recently had a patio door installed and it’s been a horrible experience. The handle for the patio door has paint chipped off and the screen has a big rip in it. My husband went up to the store and they requested for us to submit the photos by email and said they would get back with us. We submitted by email, and never heard back, even after following up numerous times. Once Home Depot has their money it seems like they could care less about fixing any issues with their products.

I went in today with a couple issue regarding a transaction was very frustrated before arriving to the store and at the end left the most satisfied customer ever. Natalie and Aaliyah were the most helpful most professional understanding girls I have ever met in customer service I would give them a 10/10 if it would let me most definitely will be coming back

Only go If absolutely necessary, curbside is terrible long wait and mess up order. Also if they try to get you to do their scam with rainsoft I highly recommend avoiding it 1,500 for an at point reverse osmosis, and when the company was installing it I asked for the proper faucet and they told me I could go buy it, wasn't until my wife complained that he installed the proper faucet, and tbh the other home depots around are not much better.

Workers are very friendly. Customer service workers at self checkout are very persistent with pushing the store's personal credit card. It gets annoying after a while of coming to this place for my job.

I’d give it zero stars if I can. I ordered a special order door for my house. I spent over $4000 on it. When it arrived at my house, my son and my wife needed to help the delivery guy take it off the truck and place it in my garage until my installer can install it. When my installer and I unwrapped it to install it after taking my old door out, we noticed a dent on the door itself and not on the sidelights or the transit on top. I contacted Home Depot right away and let them know. I didn’t hear back from them for a month and only after reaching back out again is when they told me they had to contact the manufacturer. It’s been three months and I decided to contact Home Depot again to see what was going on. They told me it was going to be an other $809 to replace the door. I wrote back just now but I’m extremely unhappy with this Home Depot and the customer service.On top of that the door had visible gaps leading to outside. My contractor had to use special caulk to fill the areas where the transit and sides met the door frame itself.Update: now they want to charge $1000 for a replacement door and then credit back $350. I complained enough he offered $400 off the door. I spent over $4000 on a door that came dented and they want to charge me more. I will never go to Any Home Depot again. Menards and Lowe’s are my places to go. Menards has better quality stuff anyways and lumber that’s not warped.I’m not fixing my door through Home Depot.

Arthur in appliances is awesome. I ordered a dishwasher online, upon installation I noticed the LED display wasn't working properly, then 20 minutes into the first run, the dishwasher made a loud grinding noise and turned off, beeping with error codes (which I couldn't even read because the display was broken...). Went to the store, spoke to Arthur, he made some calls to the manufacturer on my behalf and 3 days later I had a new dishwasher delivered again. New dishwasher works fine! I thought this was going to be a nightmare but Arthur took care of everything. Thank you Arthur!

Just bought a wet , dry vac there. It had been used. They just retaped it and sold it as new. If this is store policy here management should be fired. I will be calling corporate in the morning and will never purchase anything here again.

It's my favorite place ever. DIY is what I love to do, and I can not go into Home Depot without buying some type of tool, etc. It's like a kid in a candy store. They have great financing options for large purchases, an example of 24 months with no interest financing. I highly recommend Home Depot!

If I could give no stars I would! I went in to order materials for a job, it was scheduled to be delivered by a certain day. The customer service rep that assisted me entered the wrong date i didn’t notice at the moment as they assured me the date I requested. I immediately went in and told them to fix it as i needed my material delivered per my agreement. They said they couldn’t do anything about and “too bad” i couldn’t believe it, they didn’t even Apologize or try to correct their mistake. I spent thousands of dollars on this order for terribbbllleee service.

Troy was a wonderful help when it came to looking for door casings. He called another store and got them to save them for me after doing a diligent search through the store and some clearance items to see if we could find what I needed. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

I always go to this Home Depot and never have I encountered anything significant to post a review about, is just your average Home Depot.Today however, a nice lady at customer service (I think her name was Danny), was trying to help me with my credit card application, she had some questions and asked the lady at the cashier next to her (Trisha).This cashier named Trisha was being very rude and disrespectful to both ladies at customer service. She was making me feel uncomfortable and I felt really bad that these ladies had to take on such a bad attitude from Trisha, she kept on making remarks in front of customers and overall she was pretty much bothered that the ladies would ask her questions. She also argued and complained about Danny not knowing how to pull up an application, as if she was trying to embarrass her or belittle her. The other lady in customer service stepped in and helped Danny.I hope that Trisha can be trained accordingly and that they can solve this issue and provide their employees with a healthy and respectful work environment.

Aisles were clogged with obstacles to extent that it made access difficult. Otherwise good service, good selection and good prices. But I will not make any further purchases until they make room in the aisles.

Pretty organized HD. Staff was friendly and ready to help as soon as I walked in. Only came to get water softener salt which is always at the entrance at every HD I've been to. Self checkout is simple and easy to use. Good stuff
