I’ve been a customer of this Target for about 2 years. This store is always cleaned, organized and has great cashiers. The other day I was .90 cent short and Alana (cashier) paid it for me. That made my entire night.

Would either appreciate a smile from the cashier after spending $300 or bring back self checkout over 10 items. Plus I specifically asked for my things to be bagged as I asked, as I was just out of a surgery, using a cane and didn't want a lot of unnecessary bags, which is exactly what I got. May sound trivial but if you are going to offer customer service, it should come with a smile.

Closest Target to me and they're always super efficient and convenient. I often used to shop here but lately I've been using the drive up and ordering ahead online. They have reserve spots for pickups and they'll bring it out and I've never had to wait more than about 10 minutes. Very commendable. Favorite Target branch guaranteed.

For future reference if someone returns a personal hair trimmer can you guys make sure you mark it out of your inventory properly and not return it to the shelf so people don't get it home full of a strangers hair

I LOVE the pickup option! There’s things I need but can’t find in store sometimes so this saves me so much time! I don’t have the time to walk around the store and find everything sometimes. So being able to just walk in and do pickup has been a life saver. Returns have never been an issues either.

Horrible. 30 min wait time in lines. Will not open lanes. "Their employees are entitled to breaks" says customer service, while line for one register that is open is 15 people deep.

I usually like Target, but several employees I asked / tried to ask about items seemed " bothered" that I was bothering them. They were straightening? Items on shelves. Looking busy. 3 different employees, so that was alittle disappointing today. I understand it's difficult to find employees these days, let alone keep them, but someone ( a manager) should maybe walk around/check ,see how if there is any interaction with customers.

Placed an order online and it was ready in 2 hours for Pickup. The app was very user friendly and Pickup instructions were clear on the procedure. Will definitely make holiday shopping a lot easier and allow me more time to complete other important things. Recommend 10 out of 10

This Target is one of the best I have been to. The staff is always polite and friendly, and I always get excellent service when I use the drive up or pick up options, and the front end has always been happy to help. I also want to shout out Christin for being so sweet during the drive up times - she always goes out of her way to make sure it’s the best experience.

I am new to Yorkville, and I have never experienced customer service like I have here--the vision center was supposed to be open until 8 PM, and they closed early, at 7:50 PM, and I was a little upset because I purposely drove there thinking someone would be there, and the three girls at the CS desk actually showed that they cared and understood, and actually gave me a gift card for my troubles... now that is customer service!! My only regret is not getting their names, hopefully they see this and they know who they are!

I was here to return my order at guest service and I was waiting for the employee to be done with processing and as I was looking around I saw racks of clothes that weren't hung on hangers and it looked pretty disorganized, I'm not sure if employees think that hanging them on a rack and not the hangers is the same thing or they would get back to finishing them but I wouldn't want to get back clothes that look wrinkled in that way.

Really disappointed in my new Target. I’ve had several issues recently. During one of my pickup orders, my detergent leaked all over. Then I had another leak, this time a stain remover. The post office got it alll the way to my house without a leak, but my local Target can’t get it in my car? Hmm. Final straw was a toy arrived damaged- the whole bottom was cracked. I tried to get a new one and it was a huge hassle. Because they don’t do exchanges anymore I was going to lost my $25 gift card from spending $100… I was spending the same amount, why would I lose my gift card?! Looks like I’ll have to drive further and try Oswego.

This Target store is pretty advanced compared to the ones in my hometown. Clean, organized and big. They carry all the target products you'd expect them to have. They have enough self checkout registers and traditional registers opened as well.

I had the BEST experience at Target in Yorkville. I was on a time crunch to find the proper school supplies and everything was unfortunately out of stock and I couldn’t find a lot, until Riley the employee in the electronics department helped me extremely well. He was very eager to help me and helped me find everything I needed with a positive attitude, I had a easy time in Target because of him. Every employee should have the exact same attitude as him, he was amazing! I will be coming back to this target regularly, I am extremely that I got to meet him, AND get all my school supplies:) Please let him know he did a great job, he deserves it.
