I've called multiple times during business hours, and left messages, but no one calls me back. I talked to someone the first time, and they said they would call me back, but nothing.If your business sets up appointments for anything, you should be checking your voicemails.I've heard great things, but this is the kind of customer service I get on something as simple as a phone call?

I love shopping here for my cats food. The order online and a curbside pickup is great. The workers are so sweet! I love the notes they put in my order, always puts a smile on my face. I love supporting my local pet store. My cats are happy too!

I have my dog's food delivered at my front door every 3 weeks. It saves me time and I never unintentionally run out. Also, I LOVE Pet Supplies Plus savings for the reward program they give - it's a win/win.

Always a great place to bring my dog for a bath. The staff is so friendly and kind. There are 4 different kinds of shampoos, blow dryer, towels and even a plastic gown to wear while I clean my dog. Now she is gorgeous again.

I’ve been to two other Pet Supplies Plus locations before moving and now going to this location. I’ve visited one location on a couple of occasions and it was fine other than being dingy looking. The other location I visited was a nightmare and had SEVERAL issues at. I actually stopped visiting PSP because of that location. I was reluctant to go to this location, but really wanted to get some cat food that is exclusively sold at PSP. I can say I was extremely and pleasantly surprised with this location. Very clean, organized, well kept and well stocked! The staff is also very pleasant and helpful, which I hadn’t seen at other locations in the past. I know that these are franchised out and want to give kudos to the person who owns this one. I have been shopping here regularly again thanks to the Yorkville location!

I took my two year old Samoyed in to get his nails trimmed. He is absolutely terrified of getting his nails trimmed let alone someone touching his paws. The whole pet supply plus grooming crew were incredible with him! Especially Evan who pet my Murphy to make him comfortable and relaxed. They did such a great job and I’m so happy with his nails! Couldn’t recommend more! Thanks Evan!

Really like how there's 2 separated self service dog wash facilities! Everything is clean and organized. Great customer service! My dog got a nice walk after in the sun to help dry off even more.

They have very affordable quality pet food and very friendly and helpful employees. Super clean and well organized store. They often run discounts and promotions and will offer returns on any pet food that doesn't work out for your pet and donate the remaining food to shelters. Highly recommend giving this place a try.

Me and my football team went in to buy fish for our coach. We had bought fish there before and this time we spent nearly 50 dollars. We had one good employee there his name was Jason. He is amazing!!! But they called the cops on us and kicked us out fro doing nothing. Do not go here this is not a friendly store!!!

me and a few friends went in to buy a fish for our coach and yea there was like 10 of us but we weren’t doing anything wrong well one of us had food but when the worker told us to put it away we did right away. the manager called the cops and said we were throwing things in the store and being destructive which was completely not true. i felt very disrespected. will not be returning to that location again.

My friends and I went to go buy some fish for our football coach and we got the cops called and kicked out. I can understand that they may have been worried because yeah like 8 teenage guys just walk in but we didn’t do anything wrong. Once the cops came they told us the manger said we were throwing items across the store even though we were with two employees the whole time buying the fish. And we told the cops that and the employees backed us up and said we didn’t cause any trouble it was just a little loud because there was a lot of us. So the cops asked to check the cameras and the manager refused to show footage of when we were at the store. Luckily the cops didn’t get us in trouble and they were polite about the whole situation. Just kind of annoyed this all happened when it wasn’t needed.

Good place to find a variety of pet supplies, good prices with coupons available in the mail or on the back of Jewel-Osco receipts!It is affordable to do the self service dog bath, just gets very hot in that room in the summer.

If I could give the groomers a 12/10 I would ! The staff slays every time! They are always so patient & kind with our pups. Safety & your pup’s comfort is their utmost priority! If you are looking for a new groomer, look no further!

Went in with my friends to buy fish and get the cops called on us because we were “throwing things”. We were next to 2 workers the whole time and they both said we didn’t do nothing while other employee was accusing us of things we didn’t do. We had a big group of people so she might confuse us with other kids but she still is saying it’s us. Our parents checked the video footage and nothing was thrown.

I love the Yorkville store. There bathing area for animals is awesome & the staff is so helpful. I really enjoy shopping here for my pet. These days great customer service is so hard to find, but this store I give an A++ Thank you!

Update I did speak with the manager of that location. I got the food that I needed also they gave me additional discount for the inconvenience and they gave my dogs free cookies which was really nice of them! I will come back if I need more foodI went into the store on Thursday around 1pm. I asked if the food I was looking if it was on sale. The lady tells me I don’t know, it was on sale yesterday. Okay great thank for no help at all. I grab the bag of food to register and no one is there! The one girl looks at me and walks away. I waited for about 5 to maybe 10 minutes for someone to come to the register. Worst customer service ever. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION!

Very disappointed in the new wash bays,I have a 9yr. Old mastiff and the floor as you exit the gated tubs has absolutely no grip for LARGE DOGS and it's as if he was on ice poor guy hit the floor 3 times all four paws washed out from under him.Please get some grip tape or traction mats to prevent any of the big breeds from injuries on your property Thanks

It seems they get some different species of fish than other pet stores, but doesn't seem they take care of them. Some fish had hole in the head disease , and others looked ill 🤒

I had called on Sunday 6/7/20 and had questions about the self service dog wash. The young lady on the phone was so polite and helpful! When we came in, she answered all of our questions and helped me with options for calming products for our dog. She was so sweet! So was the young man working that day. 10/10 will be back due to great customer service!
