Extremely rude staff. They had some serious issues with their computer system. And they weren't receiving medications that were sent to the computer. Then when my doctor was able to call in the prescription over the phone at 8:15 because they could not receive them over the phone, they said they could not get my medicine ready on time. The pharmacist Julia hung up on me over the phone and i was not being rude at all. All i was trying to do was ask her to be on the look out for a fax and she hing up on me before i could get a word in. Probably because she was getting complaints all day from other customers about their system being down. Then when i called back to ask if they Could have my prescriptions ready on time? And that I would wait. It was only eight thirty and julia said that my prescriptions would not be ready on time. I had tried to tell her how sick me and my children were and my mother and she still said she would not fill them. Was very rude and asked me Why they were not sent at 3 o'clock. And I told her they were and that it was not my fault. That her computer system was down. She then began to laugh and told me they will not be ready until the morning. I tried to be nice and she was so rude. It was unbelievable I have never had such a horrible experience in my entire life. A woman like that does not deserve to be in the position that she is. I will no longer take my business to jewel osco pharmacy anymore. How can you have no remorse for sick customers and treat them so badly. This makes me sick.

My cousin his wife and I went there and were treated like royalty. They were fantastic helpful and very friendly throughout our experience at the facility. I believe they have an exceptional adult beverage section and they had a lot of great Selections in sizes and quality.

We had several problems, lack of communication, very rude and stubborn staff. Despite calling multiple times and assuring that they filled some form out wrong they refused. We switched to another pharmacy and they got it figured out almost immediately.

Usually very good, but extremely slow today. I was 4th when I entered line. 25 minutes later, I was still 4th in line. The lone cashier seemed confused and wasn't getting help from any of the other 5 people behind the counter.

First time here and the woman working the drive thru was super helpful! She was super sweet and got my prescription done withing 10 minutes. I 100/100 recommend!

This jewel pharmacy has proven to be very disorganized and unreliable. Refills are called to the wrong physician frequently, or even filled incorrectly. Ive had prescription orders changed twice to an order that was never used before or type of medication never used. They can be very rude and slow. I've always gone to jewel-osco pharmacy in other towns, I've never experienced such disorganization and such inexperience. I hope that they see these negative reviews and make well needed changes to their office.

By far thee best jewel pharmacy. The pharmacist DAWN is seriously just an amazing woman all around. Regardless of what I go their for she doesn't judge me she still talks to me like we're friends she is just all around amazing. If I wasn't married I would've already asked her on a date! Thats How awesome she is. Plus the short lady with curls and glasses is another amazing woman. They used to call me guy with the hat because they didn't know my name. Hahahah oh and can't forget about the blonde hair woman she is another amazing woman. When she seese in line she goes and gets what I come there for and already has it at the register by the time I'm first in line. Seriously amazing and probably one of the most..... Oh nevermind!

Our local Jewel Osco in Yorkville is a joke and has been deteriorating for some time. Produce is hit or miss, this trip limes were hard and had no juice, heads of lettuce were picked over, briwn snd deserved a trash can, to name a few. Most products that are avayare spread out and found in multiple places to make you think they have supplies but the products you want are non existent. Number if sale items is diminushing and if something is on sale, the shelves are bare. What has happened? You may think we are held captive to you in Yorkville but we are not. A few minutes drive and I can find other options. Fix it or lose customers, I’m sure you already have!

I love this Pharmacy!!! Seriously every person I've come in contact with at the Yorkville location go above and beyond for their customers.Thank you for making the best out of a tough situation- who wants to be on meds? Nobody! But since I do need meds I'm so glad I found a place where people greet me with a smile and always work hard to help in any situation.

If you like long hold times with sappy music, mixed with ads for everything you don't need, this is the pharmacy you want. Can't say if the issue is the staff or just corporate's idea of lean staffing, but if you expect to get any information from a human, go elsewhere.

Excellent for making many purchases at the pharmacy and fruits, what I didn't like was the peach fruit was damaged
