Before week ago I have stopped by this location and I put $330 of fuel in my truck tanks then I left and my speed was slow then by the exit I felt my truck got jumped then I heard bang inside my truck and when I looked at it and it was my microwave fell down and got damaged, and here the pictures, there is a big hole with a hump by their exit inside their property !!Why Loves why?? they sell us fuel for millions of dollars everyday!! Why you don’t fix it.I bough new microwave cost me $66 and the previous one was almost new.I’ll never ever back to that location no more.

The showers look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. Seems like they just remove old towels and just put new ones. Sink and mirror had spit up all over, floors have lots of dirt and hair and looks like it’s not cleaned after each customer, showers need some deep cleaning because they don’t clean it after each customer with chemicals, and their is more. Overall I come to shower to be clean but after these kind of bathrooms, am I really clean?🤔

I have to say not sure if it is the employees, management or both but great hustle by Stephen in the tire shop not his first rodeo and the rest of the shop crew real nice and informative, Arby’s staff was short handed but they owned it and it showed, busting there hump’s to get the jobs done, the landscaping and property was clean and looked after. thanks for the service.

Worst service ever , rude “techs” with only few month’s experience that you have to teach them while they working on your truck,It took two techs to change oil on my truck they promised in 1 hr since I was in hurry , they did in 2 hrs, without greasing equipment because their gun was broken..They also lied about using fleet guard filters which they did use lube finer brand , later on I had to fight to had my money returned for the wrong filters.Please train your techs and teach them manners , because you just lost a customerNo wonder TA had 7 hrs wait time across the street and your place was completely empty with no wait line..0 stars , never coming again

Place used to be a decent spot for food. I am so disappointed that I stopped here. The Arby’s is out of almost everything and Love’s food is nah. Keep driving. Don’t waste a break at this place unless you need fuel.

There would be spots available if all the bobtail and box trucks parked in the back where they'res plenty of open bobtail spots available. Atleast double park. Looked at 5 open bobtail spots and like 7 bobtail taking up big spots

I’m not exaggerating when I say this is the cleanest Love’s I’ve ever been to. Plenty of truck parking, the parking lot is clean, restrooms clean, and staff was friendly. This will be my spot of choice when needing to stop in the greater Milwaukee area.

Wasn't a bad place to take a 10 hour until I took my shower and there were nats/fruit flies in the shower and the shower head was pretty rusty 🤢 overall store was ok. Didn't really need to interact with staff so nothing to say about them. I just suggest don't take a shower unless you really, really NEED to.

New place! Laundry card readers are slow.. very slow, worse the dial up slow. Took 5 mins to get card reader to go through.Showers are huge (I got #3) the folks here are very nice. Was a pleasant place to do a reset.

Cashier on fuel side likes sneezing on people she needs to wear a helmet. Incredibly rude. She never even tried to turn away. Other then the cashier without manners store was ok.

This place, is full of it, I seen how they treat there employees with preference and it’s base on color as well, they lie about employees and they will seat and accuse you of things you didn’t do!It’s the most sad part of it all, Brad the shop manager fire a couple of people thinking he did the right thing. The stills from the company and blame employees for it! Also manager that runs the store same way it’s sucks it’s full of it!Corporate will be hearing from me!

Black mold in showers. Got assigned 7, asked to be reassigned due to mold, got another shower and the mold was worse.

They don't know what they are doing. They got me stranded for 2 days. I drove my truck for the oil change but I had tow my truck away. Those don't know what they doing.

They need to clean the parking lot. Lazy drivers leaving their trash all over. You go to get out of your truck and there is cigarette butts as well as trash on the ground, right where you climb out after opening your door. Inside was clean but could be a lot better. The bathroom was filthy but they were cleaning it while I was in there. The shower was good as well as Arby’s.

Waited two hours for a shower because they have four people standing around doing nothing but say they are sorry they are short staffed can't clean the showers truckers are on a schedule and they don't get paid hourly your staff could you not be so rude that would be greatly appreciated esp when truckers just want a hot shower and food that's been on your roller grill for hours or it's empty so be nicer niceness is free

Arby’s staff are awesome. Place is always clean. Sometimes hard to find parking, but not a lot of reserved spaces which is nice.

Good clean truck stop with plenty of room to back in for those with lesser experience which is better for everyone. For those of you using Garmin GPS be warned it will send you to the wrong location use Google maps to find this place until Garmin fixes their error.
