Dwayne and team do an absolutely amazing job. From picking out the perfect plants, to guiding us through the garden and giving us sketches of what our yard could look like, they do it all. We had absolutely no landscaping, a blank slate with no ideas and Dwayne brought our yard to life. Even coming back to check on everything multiple times after the project was complete. We couldn't have found a better guy or company. Our yard is amazing!

They don't have good customer service. I had a list of what I wanted, and they asked what kind of hydrangea or what sizes I was looking for. I was like I have an idea, but I am not sure. That's why I am asking for help." They just pointed where those plant were, but they didn't bother to go with me. I mean it is a really huge place. That's why people like me rather buy online.

Always have a great flower selection and has a great selection of full looking Christmas trees! I go here for all my gardening needs. Owner and staff are very knowledgeable! Been going for years and always friendly and helpful!

Terrible service. I went inside since no one was out only to have two huge dogs jump on me. I couldn’t imagine an elderly woman, someone allergic, or uneasy with big dogs loose. Definitely wasn’t a professional atmosphere. The woman said she’d have someone help me but they just left me outside unattended. Not to mention, overpriced on ugly brown trees. Better of going to Home Depot, a lot cheaper and nicer greener trees.

I've been here once and it was a really nice place but the hours are goofy to me how am I supposed to work and make enough money to shop there, if they are only open during the hours most people are at work...? Riddle me that!?! Yeah sorry I'm not rich enough to have professional landscapers come and do my shopping at graph gardens while I'm at work... You're easily losing out on a few hundred dollars a day by not being open to accommodate normal working people 🙄

Bought almost $1300 worth of plants about 7 weeks ago and then another $500+ a few weeks later. 3 Perennials didn’t make it. Took them back. They Offered only half price THEN said one of them was technically still alive so no return on that one. HORRIBLE customer service. Will NEVER go back. They sacrificed a repeat good customer for a lousy $12. Absolutely ridiculous business plan!!!!!!!!!

Great selection and variety of annuals and perennials for your gardening needs. They rarely get any citrus plants so be sure to call ahead if that’s what your green thumb desires. Prices are a bit steep but what isn’t nowadays right? Most of the workers are helpful and kind!

We were looking to get a new tree, and they assisted us in finding one that would fit our space and needs. Also offered a two year warranty with the purchase of the root growth pack. Feel confident that the new tree will look great once installed.

I purchased 2 trees and 2 colour firs. I went back to by another colour for while waiting for the salesman. I told him I wanted another for him to tag for me He says he has to raise the price. It was tagged $550 just like the other 2 I bought. He throws a new ticket on it for $750 I said I just spent $4600 on trees here and your gonna raise the prices right now when they are clearly tagged. He was the owner and was very rude and did not need my business. Well he lost my business. I will never buy anything again from Graffs. The owner is a real jerk.

I will NOT go to this nursery or recommend them to anyone I know. After several years of purchasing trees, perennials, annuals etc., from them, I've just learned that they WILL NOT honor the health of their annual plants. They will not even replace them, if you've purchased something that was diseased/dying. I have never had this bad of an experience with any nursery over the past 20 years of gardening/growing! They expressed ZERO REMORSE at the thought of losing a customer. Now they have lost a LONG TIME CUSTOMER. My money will be spent elsewhere. #buyerbeware

Graft gardens has the BEST quality of plants and flowers. Anything that I have ever bought there has thrived and grown beautifully. They also have a GREAT section. You will find things there that you won't find anywhere else. Staff is helpful and friendly. And prices are constant with other gardens. This is the ONLY place I will buy plants/flowers at anymore.

I found the nursery to be disorganized and short staffed, the selection limited, some members of the staff rude and condescending.It's unfortunate when a business doesn't get customers are the bread and buttter of a business!If you want profits please, treat your customers right, because some people may understand when you are short staffed but not if you appear bothered, disrespectful, unappreciative, unprofessional, and rude!Please remember customers have unlimited choices, and the way you treat people will eventually make a significant difference in your bottom line! I will no longer contribute! I am sorry I did!

Aug. 2016 - I was searching across the world for Aloe plants and could not find any. Graff has small (6in with SEVERAL LEAVES) and large (12in W/ even MORE LEAVES)- I have honestly never purchased a plant with SO MANY LEAVES. The small wasn't small, it was just named small. I'm used to purchasing plants with 6 maybe 12 leaves- Graffs plants are healthy and overflowing. Good deal.They have a LARGE variety of everything imaginable. Customer service was very helpful and honest. I think I just found my go-to gardening/nursery location.

Very consistent, always have what you I'm looking for, prices are the same as anywhere else, ANDCREMEMBER,,,YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! I personally love also getting my grass seed from here because they make their own baggies of all different types of grass seed and all different sizes as well! So if you need just a lil seed for a small area, you can find it here and pay couple bucks for a small size bag, instead of paying $15.00 for a huge bag of seed you dont need, All the years I have been coming here. I have all Also NEVER HAD A PLANT,BUSH OR TREE DIE!!

This is the best plant place in Illinois by far, SUPER HELPFUL STAFF like im reading all these reviews and at one point they are kinda cranky.(some of them.) but most of the time they have smiles on their faces.Amy needs a rise she gave great advice on pretty much anything.Employee of the month for sure.

A+++ service! They sell plants and HUGE palm trees and are very helpful !!! If your looking for something unique they custom order anything you need if you call them early in the year. Any thing tropical they can get , banana plants bamboo anything !!
