Horrible Customer Service! The manager was incredibly mean and refused to refund an item that was literally bought the other day. The price tags were still on it the receipt. Family tree is so much better! Plus the store is just so disorganized and not clean.

She told me to come in Tuesday to fill out paperwork so I did, but she wasn't there, So she told me again to come back Tuesday. Today, 02/06/2021 I came to the store as they were opening which was at 8am. The items I needed was in stocked but my bad experience was with the young woman that was working that morning. She did not greet the customers and she was on her phone during the checkout process. I wanted her to scan the barcode on my phone to take off the coupons and she refused with no explanation as to why and told me to put my number in. After putting my number in on the keypad, it stated waiting on cashier, instead of her paying attention to ring me out, she was too busy having a conversation on her phone and not ringing me out in a timely manner. I will no longer be shopping at this family dollar because of the rude service.

Today 5/15/2020 the woman working behind the counter (long black dreads) was extremely rude. She mumbled negative remarks about the guest checking out before me, then As my check out turn approached she began with me. Very unfriendly customer service. Considering I almost spent $80 at this store, I stopped and realized this woman speaking to me in this negative way I refuse To give this store my money!Please don’t waste your time! She is very rude and always there working. They need to re-evaluate their employees.I walked out and will not be back to this location!

This store stock is poor. I've looked for the normal supplies that they would have for example the Fabric Fabreze and there's none on the shelves. I needed downy lavender fabric softner, ammonia, floor swifter pads and dollar store brand disinfectant none available. The staff is always great and store for the most part is usually clean regarding the isles but my last visit, there was stuff on the floor in the isles by the cleaning products.

Family Dollar is the rich uncle to Dollar Tree. That being said, Dollar Tree has more Items for a Dollar than Family Dollar has items.I often have to go to Dollar Tree because Family Dollar doesn't have it. Two trips doesn't cut it.Family Dollar has more name brand items. I guess that's the rub and they're reasonably priced as well.If you say Dollar Tree numerous times it begins to sound like Idolatry. Maybe there's something to that.

My experience was bad. Was in line and the customer in front had many items. There was another customer behinde but in front of me. They opened another cash register. The sales lady took the person in front on me but told me to wait behinde the customer that had many items and took care of all the other customers. I left my items and walked out the store. Felt discriminated.

All customers need to have on a mask before entering store and give others space when in line! Store needs to stock up on everything, couldn't find anything, that's not like FD......SAD!!!!!

Very bad management, manager Monica she the wors,always something you go there shopping you come to cashier to pay she always talken inthe phone ,its not me I found out lots friends the don't like to go there, best one go to the one on Ridgeland ave,Ave, always asked about the big manager over the one in worth the never give me his phone number ,I know people the call family dollar corporate about the way treat people,i wish some one from the big bosses connect with me because I have lots things to tell

this is the worst store to shop at..i went in their and the manager is so rude and disrespectful, she was on the phone with someone she knew and was talking like she was from the "hood" when i tried to ask her for help she completly ignored me and walked away and contiued on with her conversation. i will never shop at this store ever again i dont know who she thinks she is but that is no way to act towards a customer. this is now my second complaint and i see that corporate has done nothin about the sitution!

Average Family Dollar Store. Clean isles and floors. Waited a couple of times for someone to come up front to the register. Friendly workers. Could use a better check out area. Cramped to stay in line.

Well stocked store...friendly staff. Can be a little cluttered in the aisles but not terribly so. Easy in and out parking lot near a light if the traffic is bad.

It appears the prices have gone up. The worst part, the isles are very close together. You can't really pass other shoppers.THEY DON'T HAVE A PUBLIC WASHROOM! Really bad.It's so over stocked it really looks like a second hand junk store. With higher prices.It's hard to shop here.

there's never anyone at the register when u need them ..plus it's. a store right, they won't let you use the wash room . I had to leave and go use one down the street so I felt like I had to rush shop .
