I like Fairplay Foods, for I buy all my meat products through them, because they are cheaper than most stores. But this particular store, there is an issue with the cashiers. All they do is complain about their job and claim how tired they are. Not only that, but there are some that are gossip hens and talk about nonsense that doesn't pertain to their job. The customer don't want to hear that. They want them to ring them up and do their job so they can be on their way.The stockers are really decent and never give attitude. I can always ask them for something and they are willing to help. Talk about night and day. They have a harder job than the cashiers. I know this because I used to do that for a living, so I know. I come in with my dad to buy chicken, which I buy about 10 bags for my kitties, for I make sure I wrap each bag with a clear plastic baggie so it doesn't mess up the conveyer belt, for I try to make it easier on the cashiers. They act like I literally cut off their right arm. Some of them were disrespectful about the situation. I do not come in often to do this, but when I run out, I need to come and get more.I even had one cashier insult me for the way my hair looked one day. She was in the isle next to me where I was standing, saying all these things to another customer. Now I'm not one to get on people's looks, but this young lady's hair was unkempt and pulled back in a bun, which made her look like 18th century woman. Did not care how she presented herself at all. That tells me how much she cares about her job. The only work she put into attire was her nails. Not that it matters, but the point is, she is not supposed to insult customers.Fairplay, you need to work on your cashiers. Desperately.

Picked up some fresh cilantro, on the vine tomatoes, Mexican white cheese to make a Mexican pizza for Cinco de Mayo, yummy!

Miss this store since we moved to northern Wisconsin. All the employees are awesome but we miss all the special grocery items we can't get. Daisy minced ham and Olive loaf yummy.

It smells in there. Prices are iffy. Some prices are ok, some too much. I had to go in there in a desperate situation for some things that the crummy Walmart near there did not have.

Great store for meat. Usually, they have a sale on something. I slow smoked baby back ribs, and they were unbelievable.

if i could put a 0 star i would. they give out fake BILLS!!!!!! i went in to break up $100 and they gave me ALL fake bills. i didn’t even notice til my bills weren’t going through while i was going through self checkout and once i asked the cashier at the store i was at they checked ALL the bills and said they were fake, i was flabbergasted. they also have bad service and rude cashiers. NEVER GO HERE 😒😒😒.

What’s with the disgusting smells when I walk in this store???Smells like something died.And literally been going on for years off and on. Last night (2/18) was incredibly bad. Even your employees notice!!How is this not addressed and corrected once and for all???People buy groceries here!! Disgusting.

Yolanda is the best!!! When I say she went above and beyond!!! All the workers here are always so nice and friendly. Especially the ladies at the customer service desk!!! You ladies rock!!!

Good prices at this store. I ended up not getting anything because the checkout lines were so very long. The cashier stations were all being maned, but the lines were well into the aisle making it hard to get from isle to isle. We actually had a pretty full cart, but I had a 1.5 hour drive home and I didn't feel like waiting 30 minutes in line.

The produce is not the best but the rest of the store is usually pretty well stocked. The deli is always busy but run well. Gilbert is a fantastic cashier.. expedient, friendly.

Usually like supporting local business but the cashier didn’t even greet me. after Gilbert saw me waiting there he takes a sip of his drink and checks his Apple Watch while ringing me out. Never said a word to me. Not very profesional. Minus well use the self check out at Walmart

I don't know why, and I could be projecting, but whenever I go here, I feel like I'm barely tolerated. The aisles are always neat, the produce is fresh and faced. Sale items are usually available until last day of. However, I still feel ill at ease. No one has ever SAID anything, but it's kinda like no one has EVER said anything to me, save the "that'll be 35.57" when I cash out. Weird

There were advertising T-Bone 495 a pound and I've noticed fairplay this is not the first time they've done this and I will never go back it wasn't a Sunday so the butcher's I suppose I still working if they ran out of a certain item why don't you restock it instead of people going then finding out they're not getting what's being advertised I think it's just a ploy to get people in there I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels the same way don't advertise something you're not stocking

Purchased bad meat more than once. It smells rancid as soon as you walk in. Employees are friendly and very helpful! Great variety on products and ok prices. Just stay clear of the meat!

This is a nice local grocery store. Their prices are decent and they have good weekly ads, (even have digital coupons available). It's clean and the update of their freezer cases, refrigerator cases and produce section really makes it nicer. The employees are helpful and friendly. I buy a lot here.

I love fairplay. It brings me back to childhood everytime I step foot in there because I grew up in Worth and that's the place I would go with my mom all the time for groceries. They people at the deli are so nice and friendly. Prices are good too!!

Long wait in Deli..almost 9 min.Why? Older employees too busy talking. NEWER younger trying to be efficient and yet older ones just look away.Produce soft.alot of soft spots..Meat department Not Friendly.

If you like to smell of dead rats when you walk in a store this is your place. I don't know why they can't fix the smell it literally takes your breath away when you walk in it's disgusting. The cashiers are super slow so be prepared to just hang out there for a while while they're ringing you out. The deli is good they usually have good sales and they're quick.
