Alysia was really knowledgeable and nice to me. sometimes I feel weird like people are judging me, but never at this place. She told me about all the specials and tried to give me the best deal possible. She also helped me with the different strands and never rushed me. I will definitely be back. I had never heard of this location, but it is the closest one to my house so very very happy about my experience today. Thank you very much! Oh, and if anyone was wondering, I got two vape cartridges and also 3g flower and they gave me a free T-shirt for spending over 200 I think actually I don’t know why I got the free T-shirt but I got one and it was pretty cool :)

I’ve been to other dispensaries, it’s not bad but I don’t like that they have people ordering and asking questions while you’re at the checkout counter. Had to wait for 20 minutes to be checked out with online order cause they only had 2 people in the evening because the customer couldn’t make up their mind by the cash register about what they wanted. They should make everyone order prior to checking out.

Cashier stole my cash @ Curbside. The Cashier put my order as paid 100% with Loyalty credit and he pocketed my cash.I told management. I don't know why this guy still has a job. I stopped doing Curbside and now every time I leave this place he is magically standing at the door to greet me out. He robbed me a paying customer. Why is he still working there. I am done with this location. No more Curaleaf for me. BYE

Allison totally made my experience! I have shopped here a few times but Allison’s customer service and friendly/welcoming energy definitely stood out. She let me know about all the specials and how to get the most out of what I was looking for. Willl happily be back 😊

Worse experience ever horrible customer service Bought a pre roll Blunt.It was cracked 3 different places.Stale wouldn't give us another when I broke out the weed of the Blunt to roll into another Blunt.It was about half a graham agreed that has charged us thirty one ninety 54. Don't guy very scandalous there

Convenient location, usually a small wait time in line, but they will take medical card holders priority. Employees are always friendly and chatty. Just wish the prices wouldn't be so high for the quantity you get.

I have been coming to this facility for some time now, but have started to venture away. In numerous occasions now I have bought concentrate from this facility and when I get home .2 or or more of concentrate has leaked out of my product before I could use it. I have asked the people at this dispensary if there was anything they could do and I’m always told no. I shop there often and for this to be happening this often is not ok. Ozone products specifically. This facility needs to appreciate their customers more. Poor customer service.

If I could give this company no stars I would. This is the worst dispensary I've ever been to. I've spent thousands of dollars at curaleaf. The employees don't know how to ring up medical orders that caregivers pick up. In November my caregiver had no issues picking up my order. In December & January the budtender incorrectly rang up my order & placed it onto an account for my caregiver instead of me because of this it made my account look like I didn't make purchases throughout those months which was not true. Due to this employee error all my points expired I was accumulating. I've been trying to contact management to correct this with absolutely no success in fixing the issue their employee caused. I called the contact number 17 times & have filled out the contact us form. Everytime I have called i get the same response of: i will leave a message for a manager to contact you back. I was told managers generally get back to patients within 24-48 hours; ive been waiting since January 25th for a manager to call me; its now March 3rd. This company's customer service, shall I say lack there of, is unacceptable for any business.

Bought an item and had an issue, they told me to contact them through email and someone from customer service is supposed to get back to me. I've called multiple times and every time they just say someone will get back to me but nobody does. It's been going on a month with zero response back . This stuff is over priced and when you got a bad item your basically screwed because they don't care. Save your money and find a dealer. The only reason I even came here is because mine is out of town.

5 stars for Danielle! I believed she's been at Worth since store opened. Danielle was very informative when I inquired about product which I will be trying next visit. Curaleaf Worth is always an enjoyable visit all the members are friendly! The store is clean and smells great!

Everyone was so pleasant, from checking my id at the entrance for age [ I'm sure at 75] to the staff member getting my order in the computer..to the lady behind the counter who assisted me with any final questions and additions to my order...I was handled like a baby with kid gloves. So pleasant an experiance. not like a cheech and chong comedy...so great the staff you have..all professionals!!! will tell my friends that toke!!!

Everything’s about my experience was more than I could ever ask for !! Especially it being my first time entering this establishment! Everything felt comfortable as if I was in my home and if I didn’t know something, a helpful member of the team came to me to guide me further in my journey 10/10 highly recommend for those amateurs like me

The service was fine but she was not very friendly. She didn’t even say ‘Hello’. She just took my ID & card and went on to get my order. She wasen’t very pleasant in my opinion. Smile or something. This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt w/ her either. If you don’t like your job, find a new one.

This place is a rip off. Went in for my first time. A $52 half oz became $70 after taxes. Then when they swiped my card I was charged 76.50. The Manager Erin refused to refund my stolen money even tho i was showing her my bank charge, and then called security. I was not loud or belligerent I was just asking for my stolen money back. They claim my bank of 6 years suddenly added fees. Lol. After asking around I found out this is common practice at this location. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN. Over priced, horrible service and thieves. What more can I say? Take your money elsewhere. And if Erin is on duty.....expect unprofessional service
