Great place for deals, but they need a better way to scan/checkout. Last time we were there a couple of months ago, we were overcharged $16.00. Since we don’t live in Woodstock, wasn't worth the time and money to go back, so we figured this a donation for the cause. Good reminder to check your receipt before driving off.

I was pleasantly surprised at the selection and very reasonable pricing! Very clean as well. Some of the other places in town (sparrows nest, etc) are way overpriced, and not as nice.

I purchased a piece of furniture. Paid cash. Cashier Louanne did not give me my change. I asked her for it. She said she could not open the drawer and then proceeded to belittle me for actually wanting my change. She said most people just put their change in the donation jar. I felt like asking how I could possibly do that when....she hadn't GIVEN me my change! After belittling me a bit more, she actually took money out of the donation jar to give me my change! (Incorrect amount I might add.) My daughter witnessed the whole exchange and was also a bit upset by it. No plans to go back.

I have visited over 20 Restores in seven states. This store in Woodstock compares well to the others in which I have shopped/explored. This store has plenty of furniture to search through, lots of hardware too. I found diverse flooring, paint, caulk, sinks, toilets, and cabinets. Most of these items are recycled and a good value for the money. The staff is very friendly here and I compliment them. I give this store 4.5 stars. I deduct the half star because I shop for the lowest priced hardware and I passed by a lot of interesting items, priced more than I would pay.

AMAZING - this store was a drive but worth it . Also happen to go when they had a food truck event . We are one happy family - I think you will be seeing us very often :)!! Everyone we encountered was a sweetheart :) !! Store itself was so organize + amazing treasures.

Amazing!! It was my first time in today and I bought a solid, high quality breakfast nook table w/chairs, solid wood dining room table, and two upholstered, swivel counter height stools plus an antique mirror and oil painting of the italian country side...all of this for about $250!!! There are brand new and old finds here. I plan to paint the wood furniture I bought, but its solid wood and will look amazing. The workers were friendly and helpful to boot. And the proceeds go towards a great cause. Win, win, win! I can't wait to go back :)

Some things are bargain priced (as you'd expect in this type of store) but many things are way overpriced for a place selling donated goods. They could make a lot more money, for habitat for humanity, bringing their prices down and moving the merchandise out of there. Know your prices before you go there. The times I've been there the guy at the front desk has been irritable and unhelpful. It's a very worthy cause but people simply aren't going to pay 3/4 or more of what they pay for brand new merchandise for mainly used and bruised, donated goods.

We've shopped here several times, we drive an hr. To go here. Such nice stuff, and great deals!! We've bought windows, appliances, cabinets from here. Well worth the trip!

The staff has always been helpful at this store. I am thankful for the opportunity to buy or donate items which will in turn assist the HFH purpose. Support local projects through the Woodstock location or a big box store?

I love the ReStores, but sometimes the layouts make it difficult to find things. This one could use a new floorplan and some additional space. Their prices are unreasonable sometimes, many cases you could buy it for less new.
