The selection is good, but you have to wait 20 minutes in a drive through for a pick up order. You can’t go inside. I did this for a fast remedy. Instead, you wait in the drive-thru “waiting area” for the slowest people on the planet to come to your car. Then, you have to wait for them to go inside…. Find your order… drag back to where you are in the waiting area… complete inefficiency unless you are picking up heavy loads . Stick to TSC!

If I could leave no stars I would. Worst customer service from the person on the phone to the actual store manager. We are located 2hrs away and called the store to check they had an item before we drove all the way there. Spoke to Jeremiah who assured me they had 3 bags of what we needed and would put them aside for me. So we made the 2 hr drive only to find they put aside the wrong item. We had to go through refund #1, get rung up for the correct item, then asked to drive around back to pick up the bags. We waited in back for over 20mins only to have the guy come out and say “we don’t have this item sorry.” We drove back around to the front, called the store from the car, and asked for a manager. We were directed to one of the worst customer service managers ever - Brett. He proceeded to lecture me and scold me that my frustration would not solve the problem and refused to recognize the errors of his staff. We gave up and demanded refund #2 and asked for the names of the regional manager as we intend to report him. If you don’t know how to handle / deal with frustrated customers that your own store/team have failed, perhaps customer service is not the right place for you. We were volunteering for a not for profit animal shelter and building insulated homes to disperse them for outdoor cat communities.

We found a terrific selection of snacks and a huge array of dog toys. We explored the rest of the store and found a diverse inventory and good prices. Highly recommend this store for your household needs.

I took my car there for a bulb change, and have gone there for oil changes as well. I have 25 and 12 year old cars. They could not have been more pleasant and efficient. Woodstock F&F auto is the BEST!!

Still get customer service at a retail store, prices are a little high but just about everything in the store is high quality. Be aware Woodstock makes you pay for bags so bring your own.

Always can find what I am looking for at this store! Always seem to have inventory and selection. One of the staple brick n mortar stores that has shown resiliency in our small town of Woodstock! Great, no frills place you can count on. Staff could be a bit friendlier or at least smile :) Very rarely have I seen staff smiling over the course of years that I have been shopping there. A simple act could make a place warmer, more enviting to a customer... Maybe we would buy more ;)

Best prices on Dog food in the area even online. Plus they will bring out to your car and load it for you. Especially important if you have big dogs.

We were very surprised at the variety of goods available in the store. We went for work boots for our son. Ended with bird food, ceramic casserole dishes, cupcake tins, cast iron skillet, vegi starting kit & seeds. There's a full clothing & shoe department for the hard working & hard playing types. Plus essentials and a small grocery section. We only saw 1/4 of the store because we were in a rush & still found great deals.

Best place to fix your tires !Especially if the tires are too small to fit on a regular tire changer to dismount or mount tires from your riding mower , tiller , hand cart, etc…

Absolutely disappointed with this location. Drove for 30m (closest location) only to get there to search over another 30m for someone assist me in the automotive department, while waiting met another customer that had also been waiting a tremendous amount of time to speak with a manager. After someone finally showed up from the back room, the poor guy had been enindated with phone calls and complaints the entire day. I finally gave up after looking through their selections of products in the direction where he had pointed me. Finally resolved my shopping supplies on Amazon and patiently waited an additional 2 days from the items to arrive. -Never Again will I shop here -

It has been a while since I've been in Farm & Fleet because we live 5 hours north now. It's always nice going into a place where they carry your size in clothes (6'3" 280lbs) without fail.The employees were very nice, and the store was clean with no obstructions, which made navigating through the store a breeze, which is great for a handicapped person such as myself. They do have a great selection of products at a very reasonable price.

I bought a log splitter at Farm fleet, a few things got messed up and it took 10 days to get it set up. But they redeem themselves I got a hold of Jimmy in small engines. He took care of the problem right away, and then they offered me free delivery to my home, so I am very happy with Farm and Fleet Woodstock, Illinois, and I am giving them five stars.

Salespeople at the front helpful in making sure everything I needed was with the portable air conditioner I purchased online. Guys in the back for pickups was fast about filling the order. Overall nice to deal with. They definitely could have it marked better where to go for online pickups when you're coming to the front of the store.

Fun summer stuff for kids summer fun. August 2023Another great experience, this time in the tire department. The team went above and beyond my expectations in taking care of my low tire problem before a road trip. Instead of just filling my tires with air the attendant noticed a nail in one of my tires and I had an appointment for a patch within a half hour. Great job!!!
