Groomers at What The Fluff are AWESOME! Most definitely recommend. I have a 150 lb mastiff and he's been there twice now. First time for a bath and nails, now again for nails. Lets say he loves baths, but isnt very "cooperative" (to say the least) when it comes to his nails. They got the job done when I couldn't.Hes going in for a bath next week and setting up regular appointments with them for the future. Ive found our groomers!

My little buddy's favorite day spa! Some dogs cringe at the sound of the word "bath", but not my dog! He knows that word and he loves it...he loves Jenna and completely knows her voice when he hears her on my phone! When I call to book our appointment my doggie goes into a frenzy when he hears the other end of the line..."What The Fluff!" Back and forth to the door..."Let's go Mom! I'm ready to go! Take me to the spa! Take me to Jenna! Hurry hurry hurry!"My little guy always comes home smelling and looking so handsome! We love Jenna and the whole gang! They always do their best to get us scheduled in a time slot that works for us and the price is right and the atmosphere is perfect! There's no better compliment than my dog's reaction to hearing the words "What The Fluff" or "Bath" or the name "Jenna"...My doggie just loves this place!...We couldn't be happier with What The Fluff!

Really like the staff and service! I’ve taken my male 11.5 y/o GSD to What the Fluff twice now. Great experience both times. My boy had some read end instability and anxiety. The staff have been great in understanding concerns and have done a wonderful job grooming him!

We started taking our new havachon puppy here when he was 3 months old. Every visit they have disappointed us. From telling us after his first time he needed obedience training (hello? He is 3 months old and never been before) to not knowing what a teddy bear cut is for the face even after sharing pictures. The last time we went they acted like they knew what to do with him (I assumed it was written down) and he came out way shorter than he should have been, cut very uneven (a difference of over an inch) and his legs shaved down when I have been clear I was growing them out. The cuts have been uneven before but this time was by far the worse. We won't be going back.

My dog was deathly afraid of getting on the table for nail trims and he has been turned away at other locations because of this. The team here was AMAZING and worked with him on the ground multiple times and now he is so comfortable with them he willingly jumps on the table! It's so great to know they care for each individual animal.

I happened to be walking my new rescue puppy by my house and I saw this shop. I went in and spoke to Jen (the owner) and she couldn’t have been nicer. I got to meet Nelly, one of the groomers and she was definitely a dog person you could tell. I took my puppy, Katie there today to be groomed and even Katie approved! They were great with her and she loved them! She looks amazing!I will definitely be back for more grooming and shopping as they have an incredible pet selection there from basic to decadent to suit whichever mood you or your bank account is in. Love this place! I found a treasure for sure! 🐶❤️🐶❤️

We took our two dogs to get bathed today and they came out great! They trimmed their nails nicely and offered some doggy “cologne” options-we chose marshmallow-and also brushed their teeth for us. Our pups smell amazing and they were well cared for. We have found our new groomer! They also have the cutest collars and leashes that you don’t find anywhere else, and we got a new collar for our older dog-he looks so cute!

Both of my dogs have been going to this What The Fluff for the past year since moving into the area. We were not impressed with our initial experience but out of fairness we decided to give them an additional go which ended up being a huge mistake.Earlier today my dog had an appointment scheduled at 1:30 PM with the description of a maximum appointment time of 2.5 hours. Three hours after not hearing from them, I had to call them, just to hear she was not on the table 30 minutes before closing time. This means my dog was sitting in a cage for 3 hours waiting to be rushed through her appointment last minute.To make matters worse, when I did pickup my dog 15 minutes after they were closed, she was missing all of the tags on her collar (picture attached). I was told by employees that her clasp was stuck to the bottom of the cage and that no one noticed until I brought it up that they were missing. I'm a very dissatisfied customer and hope your pets do not have to undergo the same treatment mine went through today.

Very professional. After 2 years of looking for a groomer I think I finally found the right one. My dog Casper Pomeranian looks very good, smells very good, and looks like everything was done so well. My dog was also very happy. I am very happy with the service. Thanks a lot.

My dogs hair grows at the speed of light it seems like! I had a personal groomer who didn’t charge much but the COVID happened and we lost touch when she got ill and moved. I happened to come across this place and wow, I am impressed. You can literally hear their smiles through the telephone- that’s how friendly they are. Plus they did such a wonderful job with my dog! She’s a fragile scared rescue dog but she seemed to do well with the groomer and had the cutest haircut ! I’ve already booked her second appointment and plan on coming back!

Wasn’t impressed with this place. Check in was fast, the girl was nice and pleasant. Cheri the groomer was kind of rude and looked unprofessional. She straight up told me that my dog needs training ( I took in this dog from a family that’s couldn’t take care of her anymore and I’ve only had her for a month) that’s not something you tell a new dog owner. After 3 hours she was finished and didn’t need much done. After looking more at her hair all her cuts were so uneven around her neck and ears. I will not be going there again. They do have nice products and treats at the shop.

I took my scared to death dog in for a nail trim. The two ladies that were working were off the charts amazing! They met my dog at the front door and sat with her on the mat to get her comfortable and trimmed her nails right there. My heart was full for the kindness and flexibility shown to my dog. I will never take her anywhere else. Thank you so much ❤❤❤

We took our Shiba Inu, Panda, to get groomed and she came back a new puppy. Jenna was amazing and Panda was so soft and smelled good. Excellent service. Its super clean inside and very cute looking. They have some products as well. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a place that will treat your fur babies well.

Super clean facility, friendly staff and wide selection of toys, treats and gifts for your favorite four legged friends! We were in and out in less than 20 minutes for our dog’s nail trim, which is incredible for our anxious dog! Will definitely be returning - HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking!

Took my nervous dog for a nail trim/buff. Was in and out without an appointment on a Sunday. The owners were great, the nails were done well & it was reasonably priced. My dog left very happy with a wagging tail. Highly recommended. Thanks!

Excellent, wonderful, ultra cute pet store and grooming salon!! Brand new in the Woodridge Centerpointe shopping plaza. I believe next to the insurance place? Down from Bakers Square and the old Sam's Club. I got some Christmas presents for my dogs today. Going to come back and have Jennifer groom them. She honestly does a wonderful job! Last time was in her house so I'm so glad she's ventured out! I also couldn't believe how clean they keep this place- you could seriously eat off the floor and in a grooming salon that says a lot! They have little bits of everything from Nightmare Before Christmas dog beds to holistic dog food to special cutsie dog treats! The doggie nail polish is my personal favorite!! Come check this new grooming salon out you won't be disappointed!!
