This Walgreens works hard to help customers. We are traveling overseas and had to get special shots and antimalarial medications—the pharmacist here (Amma!) talked to us many times, knew my whole family’s names, and has ensured that we have everything we need for our trip. And Zack gives great shots, my kids always ask for Zack :) Yes, it is busy and you may wait a while, but I think it’s worth it for a team that knows this stuff, remembers, and clearly cares about patients.

I wish that i could gove this pharmacy 10 stars!!! This is one of the two BEST pharmacies that I've ever been to!!! (The other lost their pharmacist/manager years ago, & ive been searching for a great pharmacy ever since.) Well,I found it here!!! The pharmacy manager, Chris, & his staff literally bend over backwards to make you happy!!! The pharmacist & EVERYONE here are WONDERFUL!!! I recommend this pharmacy to EVERYONE!!!

This Walgreens is forecasted to have less and less business, seems like they’re reducing hours and staff to prepare to close the store. It looks like it’s closed from the outside looking in- parking lot is always empty. I just moved to the area and will be taking my business to a different Walgreens. The pharmacy is never open for the working person, doesn’t open until 9am (people are at work) and closes early. I just wasted time coming here for the pharmacy. This store will not be my new Walgreens. These tactics the corporate is using to “save on overhead” since it’s a “slow” store is actually driving business away from the store even more.

How many times do I have to tell you that's not the right insurance, hasn't been for over a year and they still cannot seem to get it right. I ordered a few photos on the app to get picked up. Didn't catch her name but the lady at photo helping me was so rude. No smile, greeting, how are you. Just rudely asked for my name. She just mumbled the whole time. Then she got annoyed with me because I couldn't understand what she was saying to me. Well maybe you should speak clearly and not under your breath so people can understand you.I never complain because I know how stressful working retail can be, but she seriously needs some customer service training.

Their employee “Maddie” working in Pharmacy has such a nasty attitude as if she dislikes working there, if you don’t like working with the public , find a job that requires you to stay home , especially when customers are trying to pick up their medications. Saying that you don’t have a prescription that was sent over because you didn’t thoroughly check the system is unacceptable, and happens to often here, and then once she found it she started blaming it on someone else saying it hadn’t been “wrote up” , that’s why it’s imperative to do your job the correct way the first time so you don’t have to worry about blaming it on the next person! This pharmacy has went down the drain beside of the rude attitudes that the staff posses. When they start to lose business they’ll learn to replace the staff with friendly ones who actually care about how they handle working here! Cooperate will be contacted !

Went to get my sons vaccinations here. Pharmacist looked almost annoyed* that we were there. She had the worst attitude. Literally had to yell to get my script back to take my son someplace else. I don’t drive and I’d still rather pay the Uber fee to go to the Walgreens in the town over because of this pharmacist. Not a chance am I ever coming back here.

Christian the pharm tech is incredible at his job. I’ve never seen someone at a Walgreens move through a line so fast. The other techs move at glacial speed, but he actually tries to get people in and out quickly. And is always extremely knowledgeable. Get that guy some help and give him a raise.

Needed to get a covid test done, so I scheduled an appointment in the morning for later in the evening. Got to the drive through waited 10 minutes to for someone to get to the window to ask the person in front of me. Once i got to the window I waited only be told to circle around because they never processed the request from this morning. After circling around I was then behind 4 more cars and had to wait another 20 minutes to get back to the window. 35 minutes after scheduled appointment finally was able to get taken car of. Staff was nice once at the window but wait could have been avoided if processes were done.

Have used this pharmacy for years, and recently it has turned to garbage. They take over 24 hours to fill prescriptions for my son when he is sick. I've been kept on hold for 40 minutes only to be cut off when the pharmacist goes on break. Today, I waited in the drive up for 30 minutes while only 3 cars got through. They are woefully understaffed, and I will be switching pharmacies.

Very bad service, lazy employee and negligent administration that does not follow up and does not know what prescriptions they have for patientsMy tooth was pulled out yesterday at 6 o'clock. The employee answered me, I can't give you the medicine. I have to come tomorrow at 9 o'clock to get the medicine ready. The blood is bleeding and the pain is severe.When my husband came at 11 o'clock to get the medicine, the nurse replied that the medicine was not ready and it took 30 minutes

Went in to buy my monthly feminine needs and they were considerable cheaper on the app I noticed and when asked for a price match they said they would. I asked the cashier three times if he did it right because the total on the screen wasn’t matching what it should have been. It was $5 more. He said it was due to the other item I had. And I said is tax that high? I was confused. Once I got my digital receipt I was able to check and he never price matched me like he said. I am very disappointed at my experience with this. I will no longer be coming to this location.

The cashier was a B!+©# and unfriendly. Just moved to area and first time in store, I promise I will not be back. She truly seemed annoyed people were there to buy things and she had to cash us out. No people skills and did not make anyone feel welcome and wanted.

I visited this Walgreen's twice recently, both times just for picking up something in the photo department. My items were all ready before I arrived. The employees were kind and helpful. On the 2nd visit there was nobody at the Photo desk, but an employee quickly noticed I was there and came to assist me. The location of this Walgreen's is good, and there are many other shops nearby. There is lots of parking space nearby and it is close to main roads.

Bad attitude staff in cosmetics can't touch anything without even been watched that it's back at its spot I understand organization but they come back like less than a sec to just see if it's in it spot that they left in I was even scared touching things without being watched or told to put it back like it was. The manager Kym had an attitude when I returned things today she was like rolling her eyes she didn't even say hi or anything. Than I went to buy things then she came back to see what I bought like if I'm doing something bad I left not feeling WELCOME at all. The only person that was sweet and friendly was the cashier she asked me how I doing. I understand that your a manager and you probably have a lot in your hands that probably you can't handle but a least have a smile in your face when a costumer or a employee needs helps. I been to many walgreens and they welcome right away at the door and say goodbye when I'm leaving. NEVER again coming back to this Walgreens.The only reason I gave 1 star was just for the cashier. If anyone pays attention to this hopefully the cashier that was today around 3pm I want to say thank you for your help.

My concern lies with the pharmacy. For some reason I can never get a prescription filled without some sort of difficulty. One visit I showed up at 7 am and they weren't open till 9. Another time I stopped shortly after 6 pm, closed again. Multiple times either mine or my daughter's prescriptions are never received. As is the case today, my daughter needs antibiotics, her doctor emailed the prescription and I saw her do it. When I arrived at the pharmacy they had no record of it. I called the doctor and they confirmed that it was indeed sent.My recommendation is to find another pharmacy like the Jewel-Osco across the street. Or if you're forced into using Walgreens you should find a different location.

I like the ppl there they know whom I am all other Walgreens can learn from this Walgreens it's the best when it come to picking up your medicine. The one on 91 and rt 83 highway they need to close it down I know someone needed but that place over there on 91st and kingery highway it sucks.

I went to pick up a Western Union at 8:30. The program said they stop using service at 10 pm. After filling everything out which you only have one chance to do so I was told by their lead staff Karen that she couldn’t assist me because she had already pulled the drawer a few minutes prior because they close drawer at 9. Again it was 8:30. The way these things work I couldn’t go get it from somewhere else since I’d already claimed it. Customer service just seemed off. She could’ve recounted the drawer. Pure laziness. I’m disappointed in my experience here.

Best Walgreens experience I have ever had in the entire 43 years I've been alive !!!! I get my Klonopin from this specific Walgreens every time. "Fariba" was incredibly helpful and showed me where the dietary supplements were... and then she proceeded to answer every question I had about them !! AMAZING store !! I would give it eight-hundred stars if it were an option. If they had a clothing section I'd shop here every day... LOL !

The store manager (black)had a poor attitude about doing a little $15 return claiming he 'couldnt do it' and it wasnt a 'returnable item ' Little did he know I worked at walgreens and knew he was just aimlessly punching in numbers making up that the items were non returnable. Went to the Walgreens down the street and they did the rerurn without any problem. Makes you wonder what was his real motivation.

This is by far the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. The pharmacy has messed up 4 of the 5 prescriptions I have had filled here. The floor staff is very lazy and takes forever to come assist with the locked items. I avoid going here as much as possible.
