I was just shopping at this Home Depot in Woodridge and the clerk was so helpful and kind. I just had to write a review and let everyone know what a nice store this was. Thank you for such great service. Oh and the products I bought such as the tomato plants and fencing for my garden; outstanding products. Thank you!

Outstanding customer service by seasoned& new employees! Thank You for a fantastic experience with all kind of projects and truck rental. Don’t forget your insurance when renting!Call ahead and try next store over if you can’t rent what you need.First 75 minutes cost $20 after that each 5 min is charged.Our truck had multi debts but staff was aware of them.UPDATE: for my house project all three wood pants were drliywith cracks and broken, no customer service support on Saturday for a $ 640 bill. Not only wasted my time but also contractor’s. The initial order was wrong and contractor had to argue for right order!!!!So dissatisfied.

I love Home Depot overall and have had nothing but good interactions at this store. Be aware though of their return policy for major appliances it is 48 hours! I bought a washing machine which was delivered on Friday, December 30th and didn't use it until Tuesday, January 2nd- called immediately to return the machine. No exceptions on the return policy so I am stuck.

Do NOT rent a truck from here, no drop box so you cant return your rental after store closing, so they will charge you for an extra day automatically, even when i called the guy mentioned leave the truck and return the key tomorrow which we did, and we were still charged for more then we should have. Tell your customers this when picking up. Terrible customer service as well.

Always a pleasure shopping at Home Depot, however the past few times I have went to pick up some water, I was "helped" by the woman attending to the self checkouts. I say helped with heavy air quotes as the first time around, she actually had the audacity to raise her voice at me, simply because I was about to put the empty bottles in the wrong place. It wasn't her raising her voice as if she thought I wouldn't hear her, no, it was in a rude and entirely disrespectful manner, one that has no place in a customer service environment. The second time, just a few minutes ago, I was received by the same woman at self checkout. I attempted to do it myself, as I did not want to even speak with her after the last time, but I was unable to and she must have noticed, because she walked over grumbling and clearly displeased that I would even try it in the first place. I thank her, she says nothing back to me. I return my bottles, grab the full ones I just purchased, and say "thank you" to her once again to see if maybe she hadn't heard it the first time. She grumbled something under her breathe again and turned away. Not sure if it is Home Depot policy telling her to act as such or her own personal issues causing her attitude, but whichever it is, it is absolutely unacceptable and completely disgusting to see as a customer.

Signed up online for the workshop. Got there. Told is they were out of trucks, even though we signed up online. What a disappointment to the kids. Never coming back to this location again!

This location is good. Lots of workers walking around to help you if you need them. The paint department is extremely helpful and answered all of my question. The location is great right between two main roads. However the downside is that there is no parking for pro contractors like other locations. This is a hassle if you’re picking up large items. Other than that it is a good location for home improvement items.

Ashley at customer service provided a very easy and enjoyable experience. She was able to help me with my online order and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great. Gabe was also super helpful and friendly. He offered to take my things out and load them so that I didn’t have to lift anything. Great work from these two employees!

Walked in and there were 5-6 employees standing and chatting one asked how I was doing as a greet but did not initiate anything past that as for asking if I needed help with anything. Luckily I had once worked within the walls of the big orange box stores and can navigate pretty sufficiently on which area I needed to be in for the product I needed to buy. But other than that the store seemed clean and orderly in the sections that I strolled through. Help at the self checkout was much better as I was approached and asked if I needed help with scanning the items and such which I declined politely.

This store should be absolutely embarrassed. I reserved a moving truck a week in advance for my moving day. The day before I received 2 emails confirming my reservation. Less than 12 hours before my reservation at 9pm, I receive a call that my rental truck is broken and they are cancelling my reservation and they can’t do anything else. What?! They can’t help me get a truck from another store or give me another truck. I had friends and family take off work so they can help me move and now I am just out of luck with absolutely no help or sympathy from this store. I will never shop here again and I suggest you don’t either.

The other Home Depot's have updated carts. You can find carts , but this one has old carts that don't roll well if you can find them.Most of the carts are being used by staff to stock shelves or material is just sitting in them.Bring a cart in from outside. It's easier than looking throughout the store.

Inside was great and I did not have to use self check out! Outside was very dark as the 2 south lights near the exit were out. Given crime going up, I would like to see those fixed or bulbs replaced quickly. I won't go back to that location in the evening until they are replaced.

Anita the one with the red beautiful heir she is a sweet heart. She always puts a smile ... Every time she takes care of me every time i come to the store to buy stuff for my job... She always makes sure if i got everything i needed for my job... And one time, I was not in a good mood... She asked me if i was ok i told her i had a bad day and she told me to buy a chocolate and that would made my day more sweeter than yesterday lol 😆 she is good she put a smile on my face 🤪... One of the rare good experiences at the Home Depot. I rented some equipment so unfortunately the normal high and low searching for items stocked in incorrect places was not part of this trip. Instead I had the pleasure of quickly and easily renting a hydraulic auger at a great price. The 5 day wait for the $150 deposit to return is slightly irritating but manageable. All in all, Home depot isn't too bad when you don't have to shop for anything :)

Very Good selection of products & prices. Went 2 X's today. #1-2 bought 11 bags of mulch. Customer Service Excellent with cashier & young lady checking the Mulch bags along with putting in car along with a young man who arrived shortly there after. Very Personable, Friendly & a Great experience. What a Team. #2-2 Back to buy solar landscape lights & 6 more bags of cypress mixed Mulch. Both cashiers were wonderful, also. BUT, the man helping put bags in Car trunk was NOT Friendly or personable at ALL!! Drop your attitude!! The 2nd man who came by shortly to help was Much Better.
