This store has shelves of expired makeup to the point that it has even coagulated. I accidentally purchased some and noticed when I got to my car. I returned into the store and received a refund. I went to check if all were expired and the were. I asked an associate to call someone to assist me and I waited for a while and no one ever came. I eventually walked around and found a nice associate who helped me out. She noticed all were expired too and took them off the shelves. I spend quite a while in the store and this is the first time where the customer service was absolutely terrible and even some of the patrons shopping were rude as well which is no fault of Target. Either way there was no makeup in the back that was not expired. Please be mindful when buying makeup here.

This was ridiculous. I came to pick up the order was there for almost 30mins for them to tell me it's not ready. So I said it's 2 books can I just grab them off the shelf and the order will be ready? They said no you would have to cancel, which makes no sense but I'm like okay. Then they tell me online was incorrect and they don't even have either one of the books. I go look for 20 minutes, while a team member "looks" in the back. To come out and say sorry online was incorrect. We don't have them in stock and your online order will automatically cancel and send you a refund. Literally I leave and four minutes later I get an email my order is ready. Literally 4 mins after I had been talking with employees for over an hour. No call, no sorry about that, just an email saying it's ready. When I went to pick it up they acted like it was my fault and I confused them. Will never use again. Amazon is easier and delivers. Highly disappointed and do not recommend.

Pleasant, clean, brightly lit store, aisles are spacious rather than cramped. Easily navigable with phone app when locating desired items (though aisle numbers might be a bit more prominently displayed). As department stores go, easily accessible with quick in-and-out shopping with most of the items I use on a regular basis.

👍🏾👍🏾I shopped on the app for a new 43-inch Westinghouse Roku TV. Everything was ready for pickup within one hour. I was at the store less than ten minutes. I was back home before I knew it. They even have a dedicated TOLL-FREE phone number to call to assist with setting up the new TV. (I did not need to call.)👍🏾👍🏾

Worst Target store on earth! Waited over 45 minutes for a pickup order. They brought out orders for cars that just arrived. I went inside and they lied to me and said they aren’t doing pickup orders and I should come back later because of some technical glitch. They won’t even check on my order! They aren’t even busy either. I was the only one there. They end up giving my order to someone else. Now I have to stress out and try to get my money back. Also the store is a disgusting mess inside. Don’t go there!!

While there are several Target locations in the area, this one is about a mile from my house. However when searching to see if a product is in stock online this location is always out of stock, when all of the surrounding locations are sure to have product. Tired of driving 5-10 miles further because this location always has empty shelves.

All things are more expensive than Walmart here but some are unique. Spray paint selection is limited but face mask selection is wide and of good quality. Women coats are fancy but not warm.

Worst drive up service, rude as can be. If you are so miserable working there...leave. people pay for items not your attitude. As far as the others, when you call to speak with a team lead they never direct you to one so you can't complain, but there are other ways idiots!

I just got done talking to chat support. Very nice lady and she was helpful. I am a little disappointed with the answer I got about a bed set I really loved. She told me it was for advertising purposes only. I also liked the two pictures above the bed. Hopefully they consider selling it if possible because I would definitely buy it!

This is a great Target. Well stocked with whatever you are looking for at the time. There is a grocery section, but we didn't look through it. The employees are well informed where everything is located in the store and that helps if it's your first time at this particular location. Lots of parking available.

Refused to do a simple exchange and even though I just wanted to get a different size shoes of the same shoes. Told me it’s their policy to give me store credit. Then, why are you called exchange and returns? There was no line and no one behind me. Baffles me how lazy some people are but hey, that’s why you can’t get a better job than what you currently have.

Literally just went there and got rude treatment asap. I asked a worker to look up a price for me at checkout because it was coming out wrong. I used to work at target and ik that when you look up prices on the zebras they are not always 110% accurate. “The customers always right attitude” doesn’t exist here at all. The women at the register simply called over the walkie one time and had me wait for 10-15 mins to look at the price of the post it’s. Then when she got her “answer” from her cohorts, she simply told me I was wrong and it wasn’t coming up the price I said on the zebra. After I checked out without said post it’s, I went and checked the price on the post it’s….there is currently a tag that states how they were about half the original pricing. Really irks me when people can’t simply go out of their way to help someone out. I would’ve taken a picture with my phone, but sadly it had died on me right before checkout.**update**Went in and showed the women the picture, once I charged my phone for a bit outside. She proceeded to tell me “well that is a good sale” BUT “it’s only good until the 29th see?” Last time I checked it is an honor code of giving the customer the price on the wall when your own staff failed to take it down. That’s not my own issue. Went to get overpriced post it’s from Walgreens instead.

Store has weird placement of things that i hate. Why are the shampoos not by the rest of the bathroom stuff? Why is the vanilla extract by the spices and not the bakery stuff? Why did i search the whole store for naan, give up, and then during checkout notice a bunch of baked goods behind check out? I thought, no way is this system dumb enough to put the naan over here. I finished checking out, put my cart to the side, took a peak and there it was! Loved having to get back in line for it. Great times

Self checkout line was extremely long and there was only one cashier on a Sunday afternoon. It took me longer standing in line to checkout then it did to shop. It's so frustrating customers have to put up with such poor service yet pay their high prices. In addition the store looked really messy.

So my one star is not for Target but the retailers inside this Target, AT&T retailers. Target needs to know what these scammers are doing to their customers!Do not fall for their lies! They will stop you and sugar coat you an awesome story of how much money you will save and they’ll treat you like a “queen”…Even though I kept walking this young lady followed me and just kept going on and on, on how much money I would save.It’s all a lie, I have lost so much money and time because of this and there’s nothing AT&T(the actual company) can do. They will not honor any of the promotions or discounts I was supposedly given by these retailers because they don’t exist!I should of known the deal was too good to be true and should have done more research but I never thought I would be scammed inside a Target store from a person wearing an AT&T uniform and giving official paperwork.

So, I was in Target doing a little shopping & there was a product I was looking for by Soap & Glory called,"Vitamin C," it's a face wash! Karlie immediately jumped in to help & she was very friendly, engaging, and had the best smile. This made me feel welcomed, valued & appreciated especially since I spend a lot of money & time in Target! Anyway, Karlie went above & beyond the call of duty while she couldn't locate it in her store, in stock as well, she went on & checked other stores & found a couple to choose from; one in Warrenville & the other in Bolingbrook!As I was leaving the store I decided I wanted to inform a manager about my great experience, so I went to the customer service area by the exit in front of the store & met an associate by the name of Fareeha.Such a beautiful name! I asked for a manager & she asked if there was anything she could assist me with so, I just told her that nothing was wrong, I just wanted to tell a manager about my very cool experience & when she called the manager up front, it just happened to be, you guessed it,”Karlie!!” 😂Just goes to show always be kind to everyone because one may never know with whom you may encounter!Thanks Karlie for going above & beyond the call of duty. Great customer service is always appreciated no matter what & it'll take one very far in life in the area of success! Thx Target for employing associates that not only go above & beyond to wow & assist the customer but, do it with grace! By the way, the store was clean & well organized.

Recently the Target near me have been fully stocked with refrigerated items and I love the fact they have many organic products. Additionally, their clothes are very stylish and their workout gear is comfortable, squat proof and competitively priced.

Connie was very friendly at the register. Very accommodating and helpful throughout. Very easy returns as well. I had to bring in multiple receipts for different purchases and returns was able to scan everything easily and refund directly to my Target card.

Target is either too cheap or too incompetent in providing check-out personal . 12 people in line, 1 check-out open. The self-check is a disaster as most machines are malfunctioning. I left my cart and walked out. I won't be shopping here any more

Be cautious of your surroundings at this Target. I know quite a few women with children who have been followed by suspicious men at this store. I personally have never had any issues, but something to be aware of

I allllllways love a trio to Target. It's quite literally like finding a door into Mary Poppin's bag. There is NOTHIN you can't find in some shape or form at Target. That's on a hard periodT. Lols.
