This place is full of employees who are racist and will follow you around the store if you are a minority. Then they will watch you swipe every item at the self checkout. Cute store but probably won't come back. The workers make it super awkward.

Store was nice but had to cut the trip short cuz employees were excessive if i needed help and stood over me the entire time at the self check out when i already declined help :/ Employee assistance is nice but this was annoyinggg

I was very excited to go due to seeing popshelf on tiktok so much & everyone raved about how great it was & then I saw the previous review of the woman not respecting the customer coming in. I was hesitant of going & the previous reviewer was correct, I wouldn’t say racist but she doesn’t say hello to anyone who isn’t white, has tattoos, etc. I walked in & she avoided saying hi to me and she passed by me three times & made eye contact all 3 times & I even smiled all those times as well. She greeted every woman that came in that met her “standards” of worth being greeted. I did shop & purchase some it’s items but the entire time she was scrolling on her phone not even making contact with me but was selling the popshelf pitch to the woman next to me encouraging her to sign up for rewards & not once offered me the same respect & pitch. I didn’t see her name on her apron but she had short brunette hair. I hope she’s kinder in the future to ALL customers regardless of skin color, tattoos, how they dress, etc.
