Only came here because it was on the way back home. Just a FYI, the ratings for this location is significantly higher on Google than the same location on Yelp. The store was clean, well stocked, and employees were nice. I like the produce section better at this location vs the ones in Downers Grove and Naper blvd. It definitely looked bigger then two other locations. I took off a star because they didn’t carry the Asian mushrooms that you can get for 99 cents like at the location on Naper blvd.

I was in Jewel today at 75th & Jane’s Ave. in Woodridge. I was having a hard time getting a certain flavor of soda that was advertised for a great price. I saw a sales girl stocking shelves, and asked her. She listened, and immediately jumped into action. She searched the stockroom for me, and could not find the soda I wanted. She then took me to the service counter to get a rain check. She was great! Her name tag said her name was Bri. She made my disappointed trip to Jewel, to a delightful experience.

I won’t lie, I’ve had many challenges over the years with different locations when it comes to getting fresh chicken tenders.However, recent conversations with the staff have let me know that I can call into place an order in that fresh tenders will be prepared. I am a self-proclaimed, queen of chicken tenders, and really love the chicken.I appreciate that they provided me with this option and have been accommodating pretty much every time I request tenders.There was one hiccup, where a gentleman took my order, and did not provide me with fresh tenders, rather they were tenders that have been sitting out for a while. That was one incident and haven’t had troubles since then. I appreciate the staff being so accommodating, personable, and friendly.Oh, and bring back the jambalaya! I don’t want to heat it up at home. I’m disappointed it is discontinued for the soup bar. Lol.

I've been going to the jewel in woodridge for at least 30 yrs. I would like to say Katie in the deli is WONDERFUL! She always greets you with a smile and is eager to help.The jewel should be grateful to have such a WONDERFUL and dedicated employee . I have seen her many times trying to help new employees in the deli. I have always had great service from her ! In my opinion this department has been short handed for a long time . They need more people and maybe add a few more slicing machines, management should step up and address the problem ,of not enough staff.

Half the people that work there have terrible attitudes. Retail is tough, I get it. But there’s no reason to be nasty. The staff in the meat and deli departments are especially nasty and dismissive. I avoid this store if at all possible. Shop $ Save in Darian is a much better option.

Got the 8 piece fried chicken. Got stiffed on the larger pieces. Slim pickings in the icecream aisle. They were out of Mocha Java chip.Two strikes on the same visit.

I can’t believe who put this people to work at meet section…worst of worst i ask for big pice of meat cut out they say that they will charge me Labor for cutting the meat because it will be steak when they cut 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️so i ask when i ask for 1lbs of cheese slices is there charge???they look at me like Ghost and refuse to cut the meatSo make sure when you buy at this store look for extra charge for labor on meat and deli

The service in the deli department was one of the worst I've ever experienced and I've spent 28 years of my life in the grocery business Toby and Katie you just need to quit there's no reason to pass your bad attitude to the customers

Better than average Jewel Osco. Good range and variety for all grocery categories. Very neat and clean. Definitely on the top of the list of 6 Jewels within a 6 mile radius from me

I feel like the selection of produce has gotten better along with the quality. The reward system makes it worth going back. The sales are pretty decent as well.

The disrespect I just witnessed is sad. The staff ger are very disrespectful to there costumers and lose there patience to easily. I just saw a young staff member yelling at a elderly man because he didn't know how to work the pin pad. I was going to help but he gave the pin pad to the women and she yelled at him and snatched the pin pad. I will not be supporting this disrespect and this staff member needs to learn respect for there elderly.

After dealing with multiple incredibly rude bakery workers the Jewel on Cass, this bakery was so nice! The baker even asked me if I needed anything rather than purposely ignoring me or glaring as soon as I asked for help like the location on Cass. I definitely will be stopping here again if I need anything custom from the bakery! Thank you for your kindness!

The best Jewel I've ever been to, hands down. Best customer service, cleanest Jewel, always fully stocked, large inventory, and they run a 10/5 star Grocery store over there.If you are a sushi lover, go check out the AFC sushi station. The man behind that counter who serves up delicious, fresh sushi everyday is Martin. Martin, you do a fantastic job, and you're a great addition to Jewel. I've never seen a sushi station in a Jewel before, so this is just exciting to me.Long story short, this is the only Jewel that I shop at now, and I'm blessed to say I live a mile from them ❤

The staff at the Woodridge Osco drug are great. They are always so busy, but make time for all the customers. They are very knowledgeable and have always been able to answer any questions we have. I recommend to anyone looking for a professional pharmacy to contact the Woodridge Osco Drug.

Love the fact that Jewel has self checkout service. Makes it so easy for me to decide to do my shopping at Jewel versus other stores with no self checkout option. Also love the curbside pickup option too. My new normal for now is not too bad thanks to Jewel.

Wasn't a terrible experience, but their was some bad grey burger patties, took some time to find ones that didn't look like they were bad. Prices are also too high, the mark up on the products is a bit crazy still.

This Jewel has an old school vibe that you expect from the late nineties and early 2 thousands. It feels like home and driving to it through my neighborhood to get to it is a fun. Driving from bolingbrook as well. I stay away from newer modern jewels because this one works the best. Please don't change this jewel

Seemed like the location was stuck in the 1990s/2000s but in a good way. A very nostalgic feeling. Only gave 4 stars because employees on the floor other than what i assume was managers acknowledged me as a customer.

The store was fine, but the employees at the self checkout were grumpy and would not even answer a question, and were slow to respond. I get covid19 is tiresome, but those of us over 70 move a little slower and think just fine, but as I tell my physics degreed daughter, I have a very large database and hard drive that takes longer to access than her usb flash drive. Be nice and patient, maybe God will be as short with you when your time comes.

Salmon on sale none avail. 7pm guy in meat area wouldn't even give any... Butchers didn't package any for sale. 2nd time it happened... Sorry but besides being an overpriced store your service is lousy

Shelves, produce, half empty. Staff looked like they'd rather be at the dentist than there. Went to get some of Jewels famous fried chicken which I've had for years it's always been great. The counter with the chicken was 2/3 empty, asked the kid working the counter when a fresh batch would be ready, he said they didn't even have a new batch cooking. This store is the WORST Jewel I have ever been in. They need to CLOSE this store and give it up !!!

The shelves are always well stocked. Their produce and meats are so fresh. Very clean and attentive at the self checkout...item rang up incorrectly and I didn't have to go and look for someone to help, they were right there and assisted with very friendly and helpful service...unlike other stores.

Fruit selection is nice. Deli counter I've come to appreciate also. They don't have steak catfish like other seafood/meat market. No longer open 24 hours but I suggest keep looking out for new deals and discount thru ads
