Cashier had a arm sling on and when me and my wife wanted to check out with our 20 items that all weighed under 1lb, she threw her head in the air and told us to use the self checkout. Here is my annoyance, if you are too injured to work then go home! People these days want to be paid fair but act like her. It’s absolutely ridiculous! Never going back to that one again.

The store is okay.Not everyone in the stores was fully wearing a mask, but the employees were 👍Good prices on gym equipment. Most items are $5 or less, ygwypf.

Absolutely love coming here. This location now has self check out and its so great. I come here for gift adding's and they always have interesting items in store. Phone cases and screen protectors are perfect to get here. I bought a glass screen protector here for about $5 and for months it's been on. Everything is organized and clean

Nice place to get lost and forget what you are trying to buy. The prices are great and so are the products. The self checkout is a new addition, a tab bit weird, mainly because it makes my shopping experience less personal and I can feel the burning eyes of the sales associates monitoring my every move. It's not necessarily faster, it's just less interaction.

Great place except for the cashier. He's a bigger guy and he was extremely unresponsive. I asked several questions to which he would just grunt. Literally grunt, like a pig, at me. Imagine being so inattentive that you literally grunt at customers. I hope the managers see this because the boy was clearly high on drugs or just that thick skulled. Please replace him.

I love this store. As a educator I find little treasures for my students as well as my classroom. (Pre-Covid-19) but I still come in and pick up items. I love the prices and the staff is always great. The merchandise is stocked and displayed well. Kudos to the staff and management!

I have to say I'm not a fan of the all self checkout.understand its covid and times r scary. But that takes jobs from ppl. Other then that the staff r friendly. U can get some really good deals there obviously. My wife gets alot of her work shirts there. My son loves their giant candy section.

I gave it 4 stars because it was clean and organized. I would've given 5 stars but the customer service was missing. I was looking for a wireless mouse and the gentleman at the front pointed in the direction of where he thought it was and but it wasn't. No walking me to the area, no checking, barely looked up from what he was doing. I'll still go back and I still recommend this place just don't ask for help finding anything.

Fast, friendly and everywhere I seem to go me and other customers always develop a fun experience. I'm the open type to everyone. As I met a elementary school coach in line and we were trying to figure out who's gonna get out faster. He even offer to pay my sister taxes which was funny as heck.

Literally the best. The employee was so so so helpful while I was looking for squishmallows, even went in the back to find me the ones I was looking for. Blonde girl with a pink sprinkle mask. Bought a remote control car about a month ago, stop working in less than 24hrs!! Bought some headphones TODAY and they already have a short in them, pretty much right out the box. BUT I bought some Christmas presents there as well, board games and few other toys and candy and I'm very pleased with that!! So I guess it's kinda hit or miss with them, but I will continue to shop there, I hope to get a refund for the head phones tho lol

This Five Below store reminds me of local five and dime stores which were popular in the 1950's, through the early to late 1970's. I remember the things that sparkled and shined.Nostalgia aside, anything looking to find those same or similar shining things, are, or may be on the right questions for discovering something new and shiny However; on the flip side of the coin, at least for me, this was a one time visit.Although this place is not for me, it's worth a shot for treasure hunters and the adventurous who may be looking for that one special thing to make any room pop...or not. Still, it's something to consider when planning a kids party, or a weekend BBQ. It's that versatile.

Cant beat it! Kids toys occasional ps4 games crafts candy even charger cords for phones that have lasted for me longer then more expensive versions. No questions return policy cant go wrong me and the wife check here for stuff religiously for fun stuff to do with kids!!

They've got better stuff than the dollar store, but the quality is only modestly better. Their selection is really non-essential items. It's really good for cheap birthday and holiday gifts.

They are a restructured store there not the same 5 below. If anything I feel like now there more trying to be a fancy version of family dollar. And there name is no longer what it ment ,now there things from 1-10$ that in my opinion requires a name change or its false advertisement.

This is my favorite location for this store. The employees are really helpful and nice. They have the best cheap candy selection. Pretty good for cheap electronics, headphones, phone chargers etc as well.
