A bit better with better people now. Only complaint recently is I wish they’d actually stock their drinks. Been multiple weeks and they refuse to stock strawberry banana body armor and path water as well.

Clean with friendly staff, good selection of fresh foods and coffee is always well tended. Only downside to this stop is a lot of the customers try to walk right through you, even when I moved out of their way and left plenty of space. I know it's not the store's fault but this happens each time I stop in on our route.

Pilot app is worthless for getting showers at this location. I was standing inside the door by the fuel desk attempting to reserve a shower but the app showed me not on location because some genius in the IT Department has the location identified as some spot on the road and not the ACTUAL building itself. Personnel inside store didn't seem to care to solve a problem by taking initiative to contact corporate with an issue that affects hundreds on a weekly basis..

Very neat and clean. Lots of options for coffee/fountain drinks. Recommend the breakfast burritos. Only negative was there wasn't really a RV parking area where the signs directed us in at.

Staff cordial attentive & cute. Place kinda tucked away from interstate & all the gogogo-ness. Try arrive by 5, get good spot (only 50) so time enuff to enjoy sunset

Two Pilot stores I've been to have these new coffee machines that grind & brew each cup fresh. It's been years since I've tasted coffee this good! 😊.

Every time I stop at this place, there is a ridiculously long line with only one cashier working a register. The other looks on like their hands are tied and couldn't possibly use the other register.They have a good, hot food selection , but the service is horrible. It's called a convenience store because it's supposed to be convenient.

I've been stopping here everyday for the past year it's the only authorized stop I get trucking side pumps are constantly broke there hasnt been one day that I have been there that the gojo hand scrub is filled in the women's bathroom (women get grease on their hands to) their is broken buttons on the fountain machine no ice either no syrup or carbonation been very few times I get luck and have both I quit getting anything but pizza cause the hot food the last two times was raw chicken and then very hard dried out chicken thats been sitting way to long even last week the pizza was still really doughy and I had to throw it out it's the only time I eat or get something to drink a day due to my hauling schedule it's small things that need fixed just got to have someone who cares to do their job I've ran a truck stop before it's not hard to call in basic maintenance and clean

Very clean and nice. Showers were well kept thanks to Travis! Girls behind the counter were very friendly and helped me with the washer slogan I thought I goofed up. Overall one of the smallest but friendliest we have stopped at.

Candi is the best part of stopping in for 10h reset. She is without doubt, one of a kind. She is not your typical employee. She truly cares about her customers. She listens and makes things happen! She makes the best pizza, hands down! Every time we walk in, she knows exactly what our order is. She is absolutely amazing and greatly appreciated!P.S. Hi Candi!!! Great to see your amazing face again! Hubby got to eat all the pizza this time; lucky. Thank you for being you, and for bringing light into our lives. You truly are an amazing woman! *Virtual hugs*

I walked into this place, and was immediately greeted by two workers who seem to be in the best of moods of their life. First going to talk to my head was wow what great customer service as it was super early in the morning I'm talking like 3 a.m. and you can take the time out of your day when I know you are not feeling it to make sure you make your customers feel welcomed when they are tired clearly from driving cross country you get 5 stars out of me. Facility was kept very clean bathrooms were great. Definitely recommend to anyone on the road.

I was pleasantly surprised by Pilot travel Center. I stop for gas and went inside to use the restroom which was clean and was surprised to see that they had showers as well. the shelves were stock with just about everything you may need and the lady at the counter was very pleasant. I found this to be a great stop on a long road trip.

The gas is well priced and overall the store appeared safe and clean. All staff and patrons were wearing masks appropriately. However, the person serving food had a dry cough and appeared to be having trouble breathing. While checking out, I asked if employees receive paid sick leave. The checker's response was evasive, which I took as a no.I'll be avoiding Pilot stations until I can do more research on their policies.

The reason for my high review of this store is because of one person. The level of professionalism and integrity that Candi Johnson exhibited during my visit was truly impressive. She treated every customer like you feel you deserve to be treated. If the Pilot corporation had more like her, it would definitely be the business it is striving to be.

Love the showers! $15.00 no time limit, and they let me bring my small dog in as long as I kept her in my purse going in and out. The water was a little chilly but I should have brought a space heater. Very clean and friendly. Also have washers and dryers; I haven't tried those yet. Reeses cappaccino!!

It was 33 degrees out and it was cold in showers. Even the staff wore jackets and long sleeve indoors. The hot water in shower was only warm. It was a bad shower experience. Hairs in the floor. This is not a good pilot to shower at. Parking on Sunday night was great. Lots of room

They tried to force me to use my card as debit instead of credit. It was a credit card. Lol. Fishy business practice. Won’t return…two other better choices at same exit.

Once again the shower was dirty #3 it had visible dirt a build up on the walls. An arcing outline above the area that the water hits. Show your people how to wipe down or squeegee the walls simply aiming the shower as high as it will go on the wall doesn't work. Other than that the overall appearance of the store was good. The fuel Island could use a steam cleaning and fresh water/cleaner in the window wash would be nice.

Do not shower here when outside temp is low. No hot water & heat in the bathroom was turned all the way up. Was covered in sweat by the time I got dressed then had to walk back to truck in 5° weather. Went to sleep for few hours & woke up sick.

Showers were clean and water was hit; that's the important thing. I also did laundry - there are 2 washers and 2 dryers. $2.50 per wash & $1.00 to dry. Good selection of food and drink.

One of places I will stop by again. Lately it is hard to find breakfast pizza but they had it fresh warm and ready. Add freshly brewed coffee, great service and it adds up to great visit. thank you

Fast, clean bathrooms and plenty to choose from. Brad did well with customer service. Also, a very good place for a UHaul towing a car carrier to stop at. Easy in and out.And hot chocolate here was perfect!

Lately the pilot locations all along the major highway corridors have great bathroom experiences! Keep up the great work, I like that it's getting easier to find a reliable safe place to stop on my long trips.

Nice Pilot station here. Lage, newer (or newly remodeled,) lots of conveniences for all travelers. In general it's one of the guaranteed cheaper stops for regular gas between the Quad Cities and Peoria. Food has been pretty solid and staff is friendly and service is fairly fast inside. I usually plan to stop here for gas and a snack if I'm making a QC/Peoria trip.

This Pilot has roaches. Seen it with my own two eyes as I was making a cup of coffee. Definitely ditched that effort and went about my business after that. YUCK!!!!!! Glad I don't come this way often. Truckers BEWARE!!!
