I sat on hold for 5 minutes for the pharmacy at 10:55 am, at 11:00 am the recording told me they were on lunch, i could hold for a half hour or call back, what a terrible way to treat your customers, i will be moving my prescriptions to somewhere else that values their customers. Emberrasing customer service. I see now why you have a 3.4 rating.

There pharmacy staff is a literal joke. They take over 5 days to fill my prescription EVERY TIME without fail. Genuinely crazy that people can be this bad at their job.

Got my son’s very important medication messed up again for the third month in a row. Instead of fixing the issue the person just hung up. Switching pharmacies currently as we speak

My wife went to load money on our card and the manager was incredibly rude, condescending and demanding. Whoever she is she needs a reality check, because that encounter made me never want to see her ugly face again. 0/10 Service I would not recommend going here unless you wanna be stereotyped.

1 star is being generous unless you enjoy making multiple trips to pick up your prescriptions because they overlooked some (happened 3 times). Also really enjoy them putting prescriptions back on the shelf because you failed to pick them up. Would be nice to have a phone call letting you know first (they are supposed to do this). The rude attitudes are just a plus. Too bad they aren't as sweet as the store manager & photo employees. These guys & girls treat the customers well.

I feel bad for the low rating. However, I came in tonight five minutes before close. I felt bad at first, but i said “oh I’ll be in and out”( I knew what I needed). I forgot my ID at checkout and said I will have to run to my car and the cashier (kelly) was SO rude. She told me And I quote “you know gas stations are open too” with an attitude. Guess I won’t be spending my money there anymore. I’ll just go to the gas station. Lol. I will not be supporting my local Walgreens after that experience. She was rude and unprofessional!

It's my first time visit this particular Walgreens very very friendly staff surprisingly so. Winton it was able to find my favorites Devour frozen white cheddar macaroni cheese with bacon dinner. Can't be the price it was at least a dollar cheaper than anywhere else I can find it.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy in the area. Staff is completely clueless. Avoid at all cost if you have a monthly medication.

I feel bad leaving one star, but the rudeness at this pharmacy is out of hand. There is a handful of girls that are extreme helpful and for them I feel bad leaving one star. I just really don't understand the need for such rudeness, and the Pharmacist is not our Dr, so stop trying to take control of our meds. 😡

I called my prescription in a week ago spoke with a female pharmacist who was unaware of coupon available I do not drive my family after driving all day went to pick it up it was not ready this was not the first time I will not ask my family again I will take the bus

My experience with WoodRiver Walgreens was really great. Ashley in the pharmacy was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to help me. I’m so grateful for her.

I will be changing pharmacies as soon as I can find another 1 like camps. When camps closed Walgreens took all there business. I've had nothing but problems with Walgreens. I've heard this from several people but still thought I would try them. Never again
