Wife is sick so I went to pick up some sandwiches. There was not a single person in line when I got there and right away the young, heavy set, blonde girl gave me attitude. The whole time she made the sandwiches she just threw stuff together very sloppily and acted as though I just ruined her entire day. I attached some photos just to show what we got and especially when sandwiches are over $10 a piece, this is unacceptable. Hopefully management or ownership will see this as to save anyone else from dealing with her and her attitude.

Everytime I go to this subway, I have a bad experience. Always an excuse as to why they can't use rewards, get mad when you ask about it. They through the ingredients on, so when you get your sandwich it's falling apart. The one right outside of the subway is so much nicer and organized

Food is always delicious. The order was fulfilled as requested. But, the last 2 time, I have ordered the Flatbread, and it wasn't cut. I know it is perforated, but tearing with all the toppings doesn't always prove successful.Otherwise, I am only missing some of the ingredients. Bring back the spinach wrap, avocados and a few minor things!Thank you. 🙂

Would like it alot better if I wasn't such a burden to the staff. Dog gonnit, didn't mean to make them run out of my favorite meat and make them have to go get some more. Then, wouldn't you know it. Made them run out of black olives. Gonna have to be more thoughtful, because they get pretty upset!

Mobile orders are completely ignored until there is no line. So don't bother making your order in advance to save time. You will still be put off till they have no other orders in store.

The sandwich was made very sloppy with all the meat at one end instead of spread out. Young lady was rude when I mentioned that to her did not want to fix it. The other young lady was tooo busy talking to her two friends that were “hanging out” in Subway eating free cookies and laughing and talking about customers. These young ladies were so rude I will not be back!!!

Staff didnt know how to properly fix the subs or didnt care my sub was not even wrapped all the way and they put all three of them into the same bag smashing them all together no napkins they seemed to think it was funny.

When to grab a sandwich and only had a ten in pocket want a drink but did not have the money. The gave me a 50% off and got what I want. So kind !!

Went in to get dinner. Got a foot long asked for extra lettuce and the guy barley put any lettuce on and said is that good? I didn’t even attempt to ask for extra anything else. Then he went skimp on my sauces for the sandwich. 🙄

Ordered a steak and cheese on Italian, Got a steak fat and cheese on a stale Italian. I am guessing the portions have shrank again. Not much steak fat in comparison to the bread. Open late, went there at 8:30PM won't eat at any subway that late any more. Wife got what she wanted but she is not writing review.

It is 7:15 PM right now came by here to get a sandwich while driving down the highway And the restaurant is close The hours say they're supposed to be open online it says they're open but yeah people got to go hungry pathetic

The staff are always eager to help their customers and I've never been served a bad sub. The store is always well organized and clean.

The meat has disappeared on their sandwiches. I got the bmt and the bun almost touched on the front. Raise the price if you need but don't skimp on the meat.

Wish I could show you how pathetic my sandwich looks. I asked for extra olives, I think I counted 5. And hardly any lettuce . He need retrained

Very rude worker, ripped the bread open when I asked for a new one she threw the cheese that was on it in my direction. Had gauges and tattoos 10/4/2019 very aggressive

I like Subway , and would eat there more if they had Honey Oat bread . The crew at the East Alton location are very nice and somewhat entertaining .

It was horrible the lady up front didn't know what I was saying and i was speaking clearly then started giggling at me which had me embarrassed while there was a huge line behind me and once I got my food I was so embarrassed I didn't even dine in I had to leave
