Very clean store and everything is in it's place! Easy to find what you look for and all the digital tags on the shelves and displays are easy to read! Always stop in when I'm in town to get local things to take back home like Brookes Ketchup and Jones soda!

New security feature on the carts is ridiculous. Locks up every time I try to leave the store. It's been going on since they installed them. They don't seem interested in fixing the problem. Do better, management. I miss Shop N Save.

Cashier and bagger was very rude. Throwing my cake and glass items.Didn't know how to bag and almost crushed my delicate items. Please let us (customers) buy our own items. Or teach your employees basic job duties. I will not be coming back to woodriver Schnucks anytime soon.

If you want to feel herded like a group of cattle, just go to a Schnucks. That's what happens when you don't have enough cashiers and prefer automation.

Great fried catfish fillets and fried chicken. Also bought a dozen cupcakes. Bday party for work. It was fresh and ready at the time I chose. Great people too!

We drive a hour to shop at this store to grocery shop on sunday when you take out the rewards program you save money .Young girl didnt not give us the correct change back for this program this store refuses to give the money owed on the recipet says they dont have a manger to refund money that your cashier didnt give why .If this store employes cant do there job and count money right they shouldnt work there .

Was in last night, June 26. Standing in line, I heard an argument break out at your self check out. Your worker, I believe her name was Jill, publicly chastising another worker, loud enough for other customers to hear. Very unprofessional and disrespectful for other customers to see and hear! I’ve worked as a supervisor and any time I’ve had an issue with one of my workers, I’ve never once put it on public display! Those issues should be taken in private! It makes for a very unpleasant shopping experience for your customers. I will not be returning to this store!

Friendly, helpful and well stocked. Only issue I witnessed during my last visit was a perfectly innocent customer who took the bus to get here was treated much differently than the guy before her buying booze and driving a Lexus. Poor lady was basically treated like a criminal at the deli and register. Store is clean and if you're the right looking patron you'll experience fairness and probably not get attitude or eye rolling.

My first time there and my last. I was in there for over an hour and could not find but 2 of things that I had coupons for. Good heavens don't try to ask anyone for help they are so rude. It's I don't know I don't stock the shelves or I'm going on break or ask someone else. What the he**. I gave up and went to check out and that was the only bright spot in the whole experience. The cashier I think her name was Penny. She was so nice and cheerful and offered to have someone go get the stuff I wanted after I told her of my experience while trying to find what was on my shopping list but by that time I just wanted to go. If you shop there pay close attention to your receipt because I didn't get credit for some of the coupons that I had. I called the store and they told me to bring down my receipt but I wasn't going back. Hope you have a better experience.

The staff is amazing but it seems like all items in the store have exploded in price even more so than other stores in the area. Honestly, I was much happier with this location when it was operated as Shop n' Save .

Snooks deli and wood river really sucks I called To have them fry me some chicken. And the lady Mary hung up on me. And it's not the first time that this has happened to me. So I'm done with the deli's At Snooks

This should be the show case model for all Schnucks stores. Everyone I came into contact was positive and friendly. The cashier was helpful and explained to me a few ways to save money on deals this store was having. The store was very clean. All in all a very pleasant experience.

I like this Schnucks, and recently moved to WR. Usually everyone is friendly, but today I went to pick up an order of fish (I called it in). A black girl was behind the counter, I told her I was there to pick up an order of fish. She says "tell her, I'm bakery". The fish was done and waiting for me in a bag. I was pretty sure it was mine, but she disappeared and the other lady was waiting on another customer. I waited patiently, then a man stepped out from the back, the black girl say something to him, and he says, "it's right here." Just what I thought.She should of been more helpful. She could have. I didn't care for her attitude.

I'm used to Kroger and there are none in this area.Schnucks is a little higher in cost but there are several reasons why I enjoy shopping there.

Very prompt at keeping things clean. They have a imperfect area in the produce for discount. I made me happy seeing then cut down on waste. I bought some to use and show support. Staff is wonderfully nice and helpful. Very refreshing since everyone is still facing 2020.

Schnucks is a great grocery store, have a lot of different variety. The meat department is very good. They're a little higher priced than some other but offer a wider selection, including more local products. Overall, an awsome shopping experience!

A little too high on their prices for me so I only shop there for baked goods and North Star fudge bars. I'm not sure why but this is the only place I can find the fudge bars anymore. The do have a very nice variety of specialty foods to pick from. Fast and friendly checkeouts.

I have visited this store twice. Both times times there was rotting vegetables, rotting fruit, the meat was brown, and there were flies all through out the store. My stomach turned. How is this ok to have such horrible standards of food. This is a health hazard. This store needs new management, or shut down all together.

Great prices on items not available at box stores! Great produce, (green pepper), and pasta prices...but where's all the seafood? Not much of a section at all and I needed frozen lobster.

I don't think I've ever been to a schnucks I don't like. This one is great! Still pretty quick in and out given the current covid regs. People are friendly and the store layout is proper grand. Cheers to all the folks that work there,thank you!

If it was possible I would give negative stars. Their prices are high and quality is low. While going to get some meat today i passed the discount meat and was totally disgusted Brown and grey meat still in the shelf. I told the manager if he wouldn't eat it, then it shouldn't be in the shelves for sale. Followed up with customer service and that guy was basically like if the health dept hasn't said anything then it's fine. Well the health dept shouldn't have to go there daily to make sure they aren't seeking rancid meat. Next time I'll be taking pictures. So gross even meat with regular price stickers was icky looking.
