Love coming here on my days off, they’re always stocked with everything I could ever need and their betta fishes are always healthy and alive for the most part. I bought 4 from them previously and they’re all doing very well. Bought 2 king bettas and recently bought a baby girl betta. Often buy cat litter, overall aquatic and feline products.

Very rude young man at checkout today. I said hello but he said nothing, just gave me a bold stare. Handed me my receipt over his shoulder. No thank you. Not a good look for your store. I'll find another Petco

I just love the customer service here at the Petco in Wood Dale Illinois the team members here reach out to me and always ask me because I’m a regular customer how my animals are doing always so concerned how are they doing and they show pictures and they’re like oh my goodness they’re getting so big. Oh my god it’s so cute. I have three rabbits, a ball python. It’s almost 4 feet and two lovely parakeets.

I bought there food with WORMS!!! Temperature in store is higher than its supposted to be for food storage. And i get something with discount and on checkout they charge me price without discount and after i told them it took like 15-20 minutes to figure out whats going on. Place is dirty.

Petco workers are giving wrong information about Betta fish. They say that you just need a half a gallon tank for the fish. But in reality you need at least TWO gallons for one Betta fish. They keep the poor fish in less than half a gallon tanks. The fish are in plastic cups. And the works also say that the fish will live around 6 months. But that's also not true. Betta fish live up to TWO years or more. I feel like the employees don't know the information on how to take care of fish and this is why their fish (that are bought) die fast. And I feel so bad for these animals.

Smaller Petco than most others but has everything that I need. All stores I guess has the identification tag machine in it, make your pet tag in minutes.

Went in thinking I could purchase the product at the online price and the cashier explained, they do price match so all you have to do is show them the online price. Walked out with the product desired and with no hassle. Excellent customer service!!!

Staff at Petco in Wood Dale is people and pet friendly . I usually buy Blue Buffalo dog food and toys there. Our two Shitzu's (5 yrs of age) really enjoyed the Benebone chews I bought today!

You really need to update your in-house technology. I am a monthly member but older and not a tech lover. I can’t get through the check out without a major hassle. I’m considering dropping the program and going back to Pet Supplies Plus.

It's small. Went in for a hermit crab and didn't have them. Bought hermit crab food for my hermit crab and found him dead the next day. I've my hermit crab for over a year and he was healthy and happy until he died

Had to buy rabbit food for the Easter bunny. Just kidding, it wasn't Peter Cottontail but it was a cute dwarf rabbit what came in on adoption. Petco really does have it all for it all.

Great service and great personnel! We rescued our first dog from a shelter earlier that day and took him to Petco to get some basic essentials. Lori immediately was able to sense that he was new and gave us some really helpful advice, tips, and Petco service suggestions to help our dog in his new environment. We've gone to this store several times since and have always had a great experience. I definitely trust this store with our dogs needs. Thank you!

The store is small and do not carry a lot of products. The staff at this location is very helpful better than the staff at 199 IL-83, Elmhurst, IL 60126 location.

Had a same delivery order was told by Petco employee won't be delivered until next day. Not acceptable needed it today was told doordash fault. Was delivered by doordash today. Your employee were not helpful. Bad service!!!!!!!!!

These are hands down the best tags I've ever had. Deeply engraved and long lasting. If I could grab the attention of anyone buying the poorly made tags at local stores and tell them to buy these instead, I would. They come in the mail quickly & are worth the short wait.

Been going to this petco for years never had a problem always had great service. Today I call and spoke to the manager of the place and he was very helpful answer my question which was if they had frozen mice. He said yes so I went over there and when I arrived I ask the other young man for the mice and he was so rude and disrespectful and didn’t want to check for the mice and told me I had to go look at another petco. Lucky the manager showed up and gave me the mice. The cashier should not be working there so rude.

Last visit to the Wood Dale IL was one of the more pleasant ones. Past visit not so much find staff unavailable had to hunt someone down. When tried to return an item manager was rude and would not take my return due to covid but once covid ended she told me I had the item to long. Leadership starts at the top so when a manager is rude to customers, it explains why associates are.
