I have been looking for a new groomer for my long haired chihuahua for a few months now, our regular groomer moved and I’ve been stressing trying to find a new groomer. After looking at the reviews I decided we would try this place and I’m so happy we did!! Super friendly staff, very clean and welcoming. I was super nervous leaving him at a new place but they did an amazing job. He did the full grooming and it only took one hour!! I was so excited to walk in and see him waiting for me, and he looked absolutely perfect, my little handsome baby!! I would 100% recommend this place and am happy to have found a new groomer I can trust. Thank you so much!

I take my Morkie here regularly and love it. The greatest thing is that they only take walk-ins, no appointments. With my schedule, that works out perfectly. My pup always looks great when I pick her up. It's very convenient, and I just love that.

I’m so happy I found this place. I’d been calling around for a week in my surrounding area to get my 5 month old Cavapoo puppy groomed and they all had the same message… “we’re not accepting new clients”. Sooo I decided to look outside of my neighborhood and paying close attention to the reviews this place caught my eye. They were amazing!!! And they DO NOT require appointments… it’s completely walk in. It’s clean and they were very welcoming. It took me 18mins to get there and they were done in 1 hour. They were also celebrating they’re 1 year anniversary and had treats for the dogs and the families. I just love it here❤️

First and last time I took my dog here. Groomer let my dog fall off the table and the table fell on her ankle which broke it in two places. Had her in a cast and had to carry her down the stairs for 6 weeks. Owner showed me the camera footage but would not release it to me for fear of his reputation forcing me to file a police report. He also promised to pay the medical bills until he saw the cost which was over $2,000. He then refused to pay that amount and said he shouldn’t have to pay anything because I signed a waiver even though he took full responsibility when it happened. Also said he would be doing me a favor giving me any money. Absolutely insulting. Obviously a waiver shouldn’t cover gross negligence and a broken ankle when I brought her there for a bath. Anyone who cares about animals would have tried to right the situation and take care of a customer. Doesn’t matter how the haircut looks if the owner is dishonest and doesn’t care for the animal or the customer. If you do go here just know he won’t help you if he hurts your pet. Was advised by a lawyer to sue for the vet bills but the court system headache isn’t worth the money. There’s 3 other groomers on Irving Park Rd. Pick a different one.

I️ came here and brought my goldendoodle and right after calling they were able to fit him in that same day. My dog is usually nervous to get into the groomers but this time he went in with no problem. Their work is amazing and I️ will DEFINITELY be coming back everytime. 10/10 recommend.

This place is great took my pup in who hadn't been groomed in a while and usually gets nervous at new places. Al was great - honest and up front he recommended some treatments for my dog fur as she sheds alot. Needless to say my pup was comfortable around the environment and was very happy at the end of the visit 5 stars definitely recommend. Will be seeing you again.

My grand-puppy has been treated like a KING every time we visit. He is a French bulldog and loves to get groomed 2 times a month. My family has allergies and we need our puppy groomed often. Being a new puppy owner I was careful to choose a grooming place. I looked online and found this place very close to home. The business takes reservations and walk-ins. I was able to easily reserve a spot in the afternoon. The workers were very kind and explained how the process worked. The prices are very affordable at this location and they did a phenomenal job with my puppy which is a small poodle. I'm glad I found a great place that truly cares about its customers. Already recommended it to all my friends with dogs.
