I have been taking my big boy here for years. He always comes home fantastic, well groomed and relaxed. They do a wonderful job at making sure his safety is priority number one. And their prices are a bit under most of the other local shops. My big boy is about 80 pounds and their prices beat every one else!! Love Sarah and my dog does too!!! He used to be so scared to go to other groomers but now gets excited when we pull in here. Won't take him anywhere else!

Our dog was injured at this groomer, they dropped her out of the tub, and off the ramp! They gave me a call and informed me! She was cut and limping! They also hurt her with the belly band on her inner lower section wirh bruses and cut! We gave it a few days then took her to vet! She needed a 5,000 surgery on her leg! Kelly took fault of her staff, attempted to be helpful, submitted it to her insurance! Because we didn’t take our dog same day and gave her a few days to walk it off (we aren’t people who rush to vet yet kelly did note and report it) the insurance declined the cost and kelly wouldn’t even meet us way with the cost! Then blocked all our calls! Our family and friends have been long time customers of Kelly’s! Customers and their fur babies are clearly replaceable!

Kelly does an amazing job with all our dogs! Both big and small! Plus we have several special needs dogs (one blind, one with deformed front legs and two with severe anxiety) and she is amazing with them! I can’t picture taking them anywhere else and I’m sure my doggos will agree! You can’t go wrong here!

Easily the best place to get your pet groomed. I bring my puppy and the groomers are always so nice and sweet and always hand back a tip top pup. Very much recommend.

My dog came home in pain and yelped every time I picked her up for a week. It also looked like she had been muzzled. No other groomer I've taken her to has muzzled her. She is a very submissive dog and has never bit anyone or anything. If there was a problem they should have called me or told me about it when I picked her up. Very unprofessional.

I got my Golden Doodle bathed and cut here for an awesome price and the employee doing so loved her job. She didn't complain and said "it's not about the money for me, I love my job". Praise to the lady that worked on the 30th of November

We have our furry son shampooed and his nails trimmed here. Always friendly service and they call us back when he is about done. $30 for a healthy shampoo and nails trimmed and filed. We always pop over to Busy Bee restaurant for a meal while waiting, and doggie and parents are happy!

Terrible grooming. I brought my golden doodle in for a cut and she has a whole part of her neck that is shaved down to the point where they cut her in multiple areas. She came out looking like she was shaved to the skin all in patches. I’m not sure if it was someone training, but an experienced groomer could have fixed it up. I am very upset and my dog can’t wear her collar now because of the cuts.
