I have to say that The 420 Olympics at Sparked Dispensary in the Harbor on 4-21-24 was an epic event and I had a blast participating in all four events. Yesterday was one of the best 420 celebrations I have ever been apart of, I had so much fun and smoked some amazing flower!!! The staff was so nice, I met a lot of cool people, sales were amazing and sponsors like 93 Boys and Dazed Off gave away some cool swag. I will definitely be attending next year’s 420 Olympics.Thanks 🙏🏻 Sparked for an amazing 420!!

Absolute best dispensary in Illinois!! The staff, the atmosphere, Location.. everything about Spark'd Dispensary is TOP NOTCH!! by far the best in the state!! Ill go as far as saying they're the best in the Midwest!! I asked a staff member if they had any stickers. They found the last couple stickers they had and gave them to me!! My guitar and my drum set now have their logo! 🤘🤙

I have acouple of family functions on the horizon that I KNOW will require additional 'calming medication'. I just turned 67 and IF I am going to see 68, I need this establishment in a circle of survival.Good Stuff is a understatement. Alittle smoke and 'candy' (edibles you kids !) And this old dog is happy. Such a variety too.Resonal prices. Good edibles.

Staff is very knowledgeable of the products and the medicinal effects. It's good to share/ask info to a few people,since the products have a different effect. Spark up a conversation with another shopper, there are so many options for whatever ales you. Calm environment and the pop ups always have so much info to share. It's all impressive, safe, affordable. The staff completely rock!

Great atmosphere and product selection. The online/sale pricing dispaly is a bit off per say as a customer stand point. Matt was patient enough to explain in detail about the Bermuda triangle of prices listed online for a better understanding. Ill be back thanks to him!

Upscale place. Ordering online is a bonus but orders after a certain time get cleared. I placed an order for next day to pick up and got an order canceled notice at 4AM. I had some great sale items in my cart. Prices are considerably higher than say Lume in Michigan. Sparked was convenient only an hour drive away. Nice people at Spark'd though.

If anyone needs a lesson in how to employ SUPERIOR customer service, this is the place to go. There was a lil' snafu with my order (not their fault - it was an online ordering goof), and I was feeling slightly anxious about waiting to get it figured out because I had to get home in time for a big work thing. From front of the house to back, I could feel everyone's energy shift into customer care mode - using empathy and kindness to get me taken care of and out the door - which left me feeling SUPER positive about this place. I'll return again and again. Special shout-out to the woman with the grey hat and long pink hair who originally took care of me as we were figuring out the online ordering thing - talk about remaining calm under pressure! I'm bringing you all some treats next time I'm there!

Just visited this dispensary from Chicago and it had an amazing customer service. Ruben was very nice and professional and he helped me pick out just what i needed. 10/10 i will definitely be coming back to this dispensary!

Very good service, ONE BIG NOTICE...Check for broken seal on your product...this was notice in my experience when arrived home and did not complain but understand product should be sealed by factory.But truly good enough to return.

My first time there, was given the rundown by the door person, who was really nice and explained everything. Went to a kiosk, was shown by another person how it worked after playing with it for a little bit, and then another person came by a minute or 2 later and told us of a sale going on.Everyone was super helpful and sweet. And when we sat down after paying for our product, someone was there to ask us if we needed water or anything and showed us where the board games and cards were.I will definitely be back and avenge myself in Connect 4 😂

First time going here and I went alone, which sucks for my anxiety, but the entire experience was welcoming, easy, & quick. But I also loved the inside of Spark'd and would consider going back for events as well.It's also much closer to where I live, so this will probably be my new dispensary! First time there and had a great experience. They have a nice variety, and prices are comparable to other dispensaries. Location is GREAT for me! The whole setup is nice. I believe there's a bar or a place to eat there ( I don't know if they cook or u can bring it in, but we saw ppla eating pizza. Could've been staff, idk). The hand-off was like some kind of 007 movie thing, but it was funny and interesting to me. All in all, it was a great experience, and I'd divide my time bywn Sparked and Ivy Hall bc I still like them. Sparked has a great point system, too, so I'm anxious to see how much I can save with that. Happy dispensing!

Location is clean and the staff is wonderful. Three stars due to high prices. There are reviews on here praising the prices so I have to assume that they have not been to many other dispensaries. Sparkd prices are just non competitive. They gouge harder than any other dispensary I have shopped at. You can get bud for half of the price at RISE or GreenLight. The only time i feel you get fairly priced bud here is on sale, yet you will still find better sale prices elsewhere.

Finically a dispensary not run by corporate types but authentic users. Prices are good, lots of parking, great atmosphere. Definitely my kind of place. This is the locale I’m recommending to all my friends in Wisconsin, just exit I-94 at Russell Rd and drive east to Sheridan and south.

First time I've ever been in a dispensary and it was very interesting to say the least. Never have I purchased marijuana from a store and never thought I'd see the day that I could purchase from a store. Spark'd was a very cool and organized place . The people were genuine , it was clean and very convenient. I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of medicine. 5 star establishment.
