I stop in for nail clipping. Always a great experience. No appt. Needed. I have doberman. I don't know who hates nail trims more - her or I. But it's never been a problem here. We're in and out! I tip HEAVY for this because it's so worth it to me.

I was google searching and saw a couple good reviews. Thought I’d give them a try so I brought my Pomeranian. The staff of ladies were so friendly and nice! And it being my first time, they were very informative. Very down to earth and make you feel welcomed. I will be coming back. They have a lifetime customer.

This is my second time there. We took our two 5 months old GSP. Our male was very bad on having his nails trimmed. We asked them before we took them in and they said no problem bring them in. We were skeptic and didn’t believe it could be done. Well, this is our second time going and his nails our nicely trimmed and no longer hurt us when he jumps on us. I am still in disbelief that they were able to do this. And what has me more in disbelief is the price! $5 dollars for nail trim! Heather did tell us to bring them at least every 2 weeks so they are accustomed to getting their nails trimmed. Great prices and kind and friendly people here who care about our pups.

I brought my Aussie here twice. 1st experience was great. 2nd experience not so much. They do not accept appointments and I was told to arrive within 5 minutes of their opening time to get my dog in. I arrived 5 minutes early and had a line of 12 dogs ahead of me. I asked for a ball park on pickup time and couldn’t be given one. After calling several times to check up on the status I ended up waiting over 8 hours to pick up my Aussie.

Used to love going here, but very disappointed on their customer service. Understandably, after Covid restrictions happened, they had a huge waiting list that I was placed on. I would check in every few months, leave a message and would never get a call back. I am assuming the waiting list is over based on the reviews I see of new customers. I recently left another 2 messages - no call back. Very disappointed as my 2 Goldens really enjoyed coming here.

Our small dog was a fighter getting her nails clipped at a nearby pet grooming establishment. - Thought to give a changeup this time and go to "Bark N Call" to get my dog's nails clipped. -WOW ! Jessica was AWESOME ! handling our small dog. "No Fight" No dog barking or whining. Just amazing. Thank you Jessica. Will be back next month.

My poor dog is in some serious discomfort after spending a day at this place!He's got scratches all over his stomach, his butt is very swollen from having his anal glands popped, (something he's had done now for years), which is the 1st time that's ever happened. Lastly, he will not stop licking his front paw for some reason.Very weird, uncomfortable and unhappy about our recent visit to this place.We will not be going back.
