Noah's Ark is the epitome of wellness for pets. On top of just being incredibly kind humans, every single employee is unbelievably knowledgable about the products they sell and has the animal's best interest in mind when talking to customers. They carry everything you could ever need for your dog or cat. Prior to knowing about Noah's Ark, I went from one chain pet store (even the boutique ones) to the next over and over looking for the holistic products I needed. My first time entering, I was in awe to see every single one of the products I had struggled to find in the past - Psyllium Husk, raw cow milk kefir, Earth Animal supplements, Slippery Elm Powder and Diatomaceous Earth. They also carry products I never expected to see in any store, namely Ruffwear & Sleepypod products, and will often special order a product if they don't have it in store for you. I am thrilled to have found this magical place and highly recommend that anybody visit!Some of the other incredible (but semi-difficult to find) brands they carry include: kin + kind supplements, Nature's Logic, Answer's Pet Food, Small Batch, Ziwi Peak, Musher's Secret, Fluff and Tuff, Wondercide, West Paw, Planet Dog, Vital Essentials, Super Snouts, Green Juju, Green Line

This is by far my favorite pet boutique ever. I have shopped here for years. Literally everyone that works here is amazing and knowledgeable.We went on a major food journey last year and they helped me go from my dog falling apart from her allergies to her doing better than she ever has before.Even after moving from Winnetka to a few towns away I still only take my business to Noah’s ark for everything my girl needs.They definitely have me as a client for life.I just love this place and all of its employees!

Ok like seriously?! Best pet store everrrr. Every time I go in they ask how my pup, Brisket, is doing. Brisket was sick a few weeks ago and the staff was so knowledgeable and gave me products to try and recommendations with feeding and stuff. Everything they suggested worked! The next time I went in, they remembered who I was and asked how she was doing I love everyone there! Quality and cute dog toys as well!

So I have two Westie Puppies, I decided to give most of my business to Amazon! This was clearly a mistake, so let me give you an example. I bought the Amazon choice dog rawhide bones, well they smelt like a Frenchman at a garlic festival.So I went into Noah’s….. the knowledge and understanding is out of this world.The team have extensive understanding and recommendations.I now buy everything from them, food, treats , chews.Please please please give them a try, they are also competitive on pricing, and they also deliver should you need.Honestly this is the easiest endorsement I can give.

I discovered Noah's Ark after finding some feral kittens in my neighborhood and trying to find a way to trap them. I heard that Noah's Ark has traps to lend, and called them. Kelsey was so helpful and sweet, and when I came to pick up the trap she showed me how to use it, and gave me all sorts of useful tips. When I returned the trap she and the other associate who was there at the time were again very helpful and kind. I will absolutely be shopping there again!! Plus I bought some toys for my cats while I was there and my cats LOVE them. A smaller but much better selection of cat toys than I've seen at bigger chain stores!

This is an amazing store! The staff is beyond friendly and they are super knowledgeable on everything. No hard sell either. You'll want to stop in just to see what they have in the store on a regular basis! Their service is like what we used to expect years ago but with competitive pricing!! I can't say enough about this store!!
