Would love to give them 5 stars, as the majority of the staff is awesome, but because of one gal at the front desk with long, dark hair and glasses, who is extremely rude, I cannot in good conscience. Other than her, I would recommend this clinic.

Took my cat there for his check up, and everyone was very nice. Doctor was such a nice lady and took good care of my cat's bad teeth! Ladies on the phone were pleasant as well when I called to follow up. Overall great experience with this vet.

Had to put my 170 rott the only thing I have a complaint about it took them to long to get the help to get the dog out of car when so hot out but as far as the staff was so good helping our dog to go to heaven

My dogs are always in good spirits when I pick them up. Staff is awesome, excellent customer service. I feel very comfortable leaving my babies when traveling.

The staff and vets always take great care of our animals. They are all working their tails off during this time with COVID restrictions but they are still doing an excellent job showing how much they care. We are happy to have such a great vet office!

The people are friendly and the vets are thorough. Prices are competitive with others in the area. I am not pleased with their hours because it always seems like they are out to lunch when I need to talk to them. Usually it's nothing big - med refills and such - but it is frustrating.

I take my dog here cause it's close to where I live. Only reason I have it a 4 is because their prices are high. Their office visit is 40. They do get high marks if you need to be seen that day and their business hours. EDIT: 2 different vets there told me my dog had an abscess and gave her antibiotics. When it was still bothering her after 6 weeks of the meds. I took her to Hillcrest and Dr Wilder looked at it and said that's not an abscess that's a Tumor and it needs to be removed. If they didn't know the difference between an abscess and tumor I suspect they need retraining. I have lost confidence in them.
