Good quick shop store. Prices are high. Food in the bakery is normally frozen and brought out when needed besides donuts, bread and cookies in my finding. Also, they are super picky and stingy on IDs when buying alchohol.

Excellent Staff/Store Personnel 100%. Store is clean, friendly & All of the food is fresh with superlow prices. I can't wait to come by & shop here. Place is safe & quiet & family friendly to shop at. They have everything. This is a REAL grocery store, not a pop-up. They treat customers like Mayberry Town. And Griffith Show. Fresh produce ,breads, Everything ,local & corporate brands also with super duper low prices. You're basically paying half of Walmart here. Specials everywhere...

Nice grocery store that has pretty much everything you could be looking for. I'd give it 5 stars but it tends to be a little on high side of cost when comparing to similar stores. Since adding gambling machines though, it definitely makes it more interesting when stopping in for a few things.

Prices are really high and a lot of their food is expired or close to expiring. Staff is nice and friendly…just wish it was priced better. Unfortunately it’s the closest option if you live in Winnebago.

I promise you this. You cannot find a more expensive grocery store anywhere. Putting a simple meal together costs a small fortune….$8 for a box of cereal? $5 for a gallon of milk?? It’s cheaper to eat at restaurants at this point. We’ve purchased things that were expired and moldy and just isnt worth driving all the way back for a refund when it happens. The perception I get is that they get everything other grocery stores have to get rid of because it’s close to expiring and it gets put on the shelf at double or triple the price. Check everything you buy and be prepared to drain your wallet. The staff are generally friendly so they get two stars for that. Please tell your business owners to try to work on pricing. It’s seriously bonkers how much you charge for things. I’ve never seen prices like this…

Bought a cake for a retirement party and birthday party. The bakery decorated the cakes beautifully! Not only did they look great, but they tasted great too. The bakery department is fantastic!

Good place to go for locals if you need last minute items. Overall the store carries an early 2000's atmosphere and feel to it. While great for quick items. Not recommended for large volume shopping as the store's selection is "Convenience" pricing. Similar and in some cases. More expensive than the local gas stations it's located near. The alcohol is quite fairly priced and they have a palpable selection. But possible extended wait times due to under aged cashiers. Amazing in house bakery that is fairly priced. Early risers will be rewarded well for pre-work sugar and carbs.

Order the cake for a twenty-second anniversary it was the worst cake I've ever had there was at least an inch and a half of frosting on the top of these cupcakes cake. The cupcakes weren't even unwrapped and I'm sure it was not buttercream frosting that I ordered. It was absolutely horrible! I think the frosting was made from lard!!!!

To say I was disappointed this year (23) in the Thanksgiving dinner for 4 for $79 would be a massive understatement!! Turkey wasn't real off the bone turkey!! Was some sort of rolled breast and was a huge dry as F salt bomb!! Sides all salt bombs as well!! Was mediocre last year after being amazing previous years. Won't waste my $ again

Nice store, great meat department. We bought a couple of the most tender ribeye steaks we've ever had last week. Going to add this place to our regular rotation. It will definitely be worth the drive.

The bakery staff always does a great job decorating cakes. They can make almost whatever design you want and the cakes are delicious! Friendly staff and affordable prices.

Deli stops making Chicken at 4:00 so staff can go home early They never have chicken or salads anymore at dinner the last several times I have gone at 6:00. Nothing is fresh. I mentioned it to a manager and she was very rude and said they just want to go home early. She said there has been some changes in the deli management.

A year ago, they had the best produce. Now, you’re lucky if you can find something that doesn’t have mold or not going to expire within a week. Pricey as well. But, when you’re in a pinch, it is convenient.

If you like a clean and organized store with a good selection of fresh meat, this is the store for you. If you don't mind paying a little more for good service and enjoy your groceries being bagged for you, then you will like Sullivan's. This is my neighborhood store, and they never fail to meet my high expectations.

Previous visits have been excellent and order accuracy very good. This last visit was not as good. Had to call the store two times after arriving to get order delivered to my vehicle. Also, I ordered tuna in water and received tuna in oil.

Used to be a five star rating. But switched to 2 stars now. Seems like stock rotation has not been getting done. On several occasions recently, we have gotten home with expired or not so fresh goods. Just this last week I was picking up a few things quickly. I stopped in the bakery area and quickly found several items with mold. Needless to say, the rest of my visit was spent checking dates....several of my items I was looking for had close to expiration dates on them.

We always stop here on our way to Galena for long weekends. It's the perfect last stop before we get there. We usually stock up on whatever food and drinks we need. The staff is always nice, prices are reasonable, and the selection is good.

I bought a salad that was 4 days away from the sell by date and it was absolutely terrible. The chicken was really hard and dry. Some of the lettuce looked like it had been frozen at one point. Absolutely disgusting. I couldn't even eat it.

Even though it's MANDATED to wear masks, almost all of the inconsiderate and entitled workers don't wear them.They willingly put customers at risk. It's reckless and thoughtless.Besides this, their meat is always slightly off and the shelves are full of expired product. CHECK DATES CAREFULLY, BUYERS.I will travel the extra distance to rockford to grocery shop or get my milk from the gas station in efforts to protect myself and my young children who don't meet vaccination restrictions.I will probably report this store for not following the mandate.

A really great retail business for Winnebago and surrounding community. As a senior citizen I find it has just about anything I could want. It is a bit higher priced than the big corporate stores in Rockford but that is to be expected. At times I have found items priced below the Rockford Wally world. Store selection is very good and the employees are always courteous and helpful.
